Chocolate Pomegranate Chia Pudding!

This delightfully sweet, antioxidant packed chia pudding makes a satisfying dessert or anytime pick-me-up! With rich chocolate flavor, seasonal pomegranates and protein packed chia seeds you'll fall in love!

  • 1

    cup coconut or almond milk, unsweetened

  • 1/4

    cup chia seeds

  • 3

    tbsp 100% pure maple syrup

  • 1

    tbsp cacao powder

  • 1/2

    tsp vanilla extract

  • 3/4

    cup pomegranate seeds


STEP 1: Mix all ingredients, except pomegranate seeds, together in a bowl.
STEP 2: Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes or up to overnight.
STEP 3: Once pudding is thick and ready to serve, divide into 3 portions and layer with 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds per serving.

  1. I really liked how this turned out. It was very tasty! I used 2 tbsp of maple syrup in the recipe and think I’ll reduce that further next time as well.

  2. First time trying chia pudding. I liked! but next time I will try it with less milk and chia as I get used to the texture.

  3. I made this and it was pretty good, but tasted a bit funny the next day. Does it just take some getting used to?
