Chocolate Pomegranate Chia Pudding!
This delightfully sweet, antioxidant packed chia pudding makes a satisfying dessert or anytime pick-me-up! With rich chocolate flavor, seasonal pomegranates and protein packed chia seeds you'll fall in love!
cup coconut or almond milk, unsweetened
cup chia seeds
tbsp 100% pure maple syrup
tbsp cacao powder
tsp vanilla extract
cup pomegranate seeds
STEP 1: Mix all ingredients, except pomegranate seeds, together in a bowl.
STEP 2: Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes or up to overnight.
STEP 3: Once pudding is thick and ready to serve, divide into 3 portions and layer with 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds per serving.
