Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

  • 1

    head cauliflower

  • 3

    Tbs. extra virgin olive oil

  • 1

    Tbs. nutritional yeast

  • pinch of salt

  • 2

    Tbs. buffalo tabasco sauce

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: These are a great alternative to traditional wings! Preheat Oven to 450° F. Cut the cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
STEP 2: Place in a plastic zip top bag, add salt and olive oil. Mix around until all the pieces are coated. Place them on baking sheet and sprinkle nutritional yeast over them. Bake for 15 minutes or until browned.
STEP 3: Out of the oven, place them into another zip top bag, add Buffalo Tabasco Sauce and toss to coat the cauliflower. Serve immediately.

  1. Getting ready to make this yummy cauliflower dish! I heard that Americans eat over a billion chicken wings during Super Bowl weekend, YIKES!

    1. That’s what I use to make these babies. Be careful not to overcook them when boiling or steaming. Good luck!

  2. I finally tried these tonight and seriously loved it!!! I made them as a side to our baked chicken breasts! My husband also thought they were very tasty! This will become a new go-to side for us, I have no doubt!!
