Tbsp coconut flakes, unsweetened
Tbsp hemp seeds
tbs chia seeds
tsp honey or agave
Tbsp GF granola
STEP 1: Blend the base ingredients with 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk or any other #TIUapproved milk of choice until smooth (take a look inside your Wedding Edition for all other approved milk options.) If you need to add more liquid, add a few tablespoons at a time.
