  1. That’s a LOT of fruit for 1 serving! Up to 3 cups in the base and another 3/4 C for toppings. Is that right?
Also, where do you buy pitaya powder? What does it taste like?
    Thanks!

      1. CM says:

Also the recipe doesn’t say it, but typically i blend a vanilla protein powder

  2. Yum! SO obsessed with smoothie bowls! Wish I had TIU back when I got married! Lucky brides! ;)

  3. I wish I had the money to join. I have been a member for a little while now. My wedding is September 10, 2016. I can’t wait. In the mean time I keep up with the daily workouts and eat lean, clean, and green. I workout every morning with my soon to be step daughters.

  4. Does Perfect Fit get blended in all Bridal Bowls too? Or just the above combinations? Thanks! -M

  5. If only around 3% of Americans follow a vegan diet, why is it advocated in these recipes we use nut milk. Isn’t almond milk really lacking in protein? It seems like watered down almonds stripped of much of their power to me. But I’m not an expert. I mostly see almond milk listed in these recipes (I know you’ve got a list of tiu approved milks). By what’s your opinion on regular milk? It does provide protein… It’s an interesting conversation I’d love to hear TIU’s informed opinion on. Thanks guys!
