cup oat flour (or almond meal)
cup vanilla Tone It Up Protein
tsp baking powder
Tbsp chia seeds
Tbsp coconut oil, melted
Tbsp maple syrup
tsp vanilla extract
cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk (from a carton)
cup frozen blueberries
coconut oil spray
STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.
STEP 3: Combine all of the wet ingredients in a seperate bowl.
STEP 4: Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
STEP 5: Gently fold in the blueberries so that they're well combined.
STEP 6: Spray a muffin tin with coconut oil spray. Pour batter into the muffin tins. Put into the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
