Autumn Arugula Salad

    pear, sliced

  • 2

    cups arugula

  • 2

    Tbsp walnuts

  • 6

    oz. lean protein (grilled chicken, fish, beans, etc...)

  • 1

    tsp dijon mustard

  • 2

    tsp olive oil

  • 1/2

    tsp honey/ agave

  • 1

    tsp balsamic


STEP 1: Combine dijon, olive oil, honey/ agave, and balsamic in a jar for the dressing.
STEP 2: Toss the remaining ingredients in a salad bowl with dressing.
