Almond Butter Cookie Smoothie


  • Cookie Ingredients
  • 1/4

    cup egg whites

  • 1/2

    tsp vanilla extract

  • 3/4

    cup unsweetened almond butter

  • 2

    scoops vanilla Tone It Up Protein

  • 1/4

    tsp salt

  • coconut oil spray

  • Smoothie Ingredients
  • 1

    cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 1

    scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein

  • 1/2

    frozen banana, sliced

  • 2

    tsp ground flax seeds

  • 1/4

    tsp ground cinnamon


STEP 1: Prep the cookies in advance for the week- preheat the oven to 350. Mix all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Measure 1 Tbsp of cookie dough onto a baking sheet sprayed with coconut oil. Bake for 10 minutes.
STEP 2: Combine all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined. Top with 1 almond butter cookie.
STEP 3: *You can freeze the extra cookies and save them for later! They're great as a snack for M2 or M4.
