  1. these will be my breakfasts for the next few days!! so yummy! i’ve been coconut & pineapple obsessed!!

  2. They look sooo delicious! I already shared this on twitter <3 There should be a printer-friendly version of these posts.

  3. Oooh, these look so good! Spirulina is so amazing… I feel like I’ve been given a literal shot of energy every time I add it to my smoothies!

  4. oh heck yeah!! These look amazing girls!! Thank you so much :) I’ll definitely be trying ALL of these <3
    Have a great weekend :D

  5. I love these!! So yummy! I had a question about the weekly recipe guide you are sending out Thursdays. I have been looking out for it in my email the last two weeks but I haven’t gotten anything. Is there anyway you can send me the meal guide for this week? :)

  6. I plan on making all of these! Already started with the Pineapple smoothie and it was awesome! Great way to start a Monday morning. :)

  7. Made the Coconut Pineapple this morning and it was sooooo goooood!! Will be making it more often. Going out to get the ingredients for the other two today!!

  8. Definitely putting that Refreshing Coconut Pineapple recipe on my list of smoothies for this week. YUM!

  9. Love this!! I can’t wait to try the Spirulina bowl. Where can I find spirulina, and what does it even look like??

    1. Hi! You can find spirulina in tablet or powder form at your local health food or grocery store. You’re going to love the smoothie bowl!

  10. I made the Spirulina Superfood Smoothie Bowl yesterday and LOVED it! I had my husband try it and he liked it so much I made him his own! You can’t even taste the cauliflower and the Spirulina gives it such an interestingly beautiful green hue. Thank you K&K. I had hit a complete plateau in my weight loss & health journey despite working out all the time. After being apart of the Toneitup community I’ve been able to do the RIGHT workouts and completely change the way I eat. I always thought I ate relatively healthy, but it would appear my protein portions were incorrect and I was using way too much oil & salt when preparing vegetables. I’m down about 4 pounds since starting the Bikini Series challenge!

  11. These look soo good. I just have one issue – I can’t eat bananas. :( What would you recommend as an alternative?

    1. Hi babe! We’ve been swapping bananas for cauliflower lately and it’s amazing! You can’t even taste the cauliflower!
