3 Delicious Dairy-Free Desserts You Need To Try This Weekend

You girls know that we definitely have a sweet tooth. (Perfect Fit Chocolate Donuts, we’re lookin’ at you!) We’ve been known to pair a glass of wine with some dark chocolate squares after dinner. And we want you to enjoy all the sweet treats you love, too! That’s why we’re always whipping together new, totally yum recipes made with Tone It Up Nutrition Plan approved ingredients. As a #TIUgirl, you can have your cake and eat it, too! ;)

With spring just around the corner, we made three light and fresh dessert recipes that are super simple to throw together — and are completely dairy free. Whip them up this weekend for you and some girlfriends!

Enjoy, babe!

Avocado Lime Pudding

The avocado stand at the farmers’ market inspired us to make this typically savory dish into a sweet treat. It’s light and fluffy with a citrus-y flavor that’s perfect on a warm spring or summer evening.

Find it HERE!

Orange Citrus Cupcake

We swapped out the usual almond milk for some freshly-pureed orange for a light and airy pastry. This can also be made into a healthy breakfast muffin! And did we mention it uses Perfect Fit Protein, so you even get your post-workout recovery in, too?!

Toasted Coconut Raspberry Bikini Ice Cream

The trick to this is making sure the raspberries and bananas are frozen before you blend ’em. Pro tip: Slice your bananas before freezing to make them even easier to blend. And then you have dessert in minutes!
