  1. This challenge features a workout each day from the new app. Well, what if you don’t have an iPhone? Seems like they just want you to buy their app and revolved this new series around that, not necessarily the 21 reps.

    1. Hi babe! If you don’t have the app, don’t worry! You’re absolutely still doing the challenge with the team. TIU21 is really all about the 21 Rep Challenge drop sets which is so cool because you can do them either on the Daily Workout page or free on the app. Either way you’ll be strengthening your gorgeous muscles. Whatever works best for you! Plus we’ll have lots of motivation, recipes, and tips on ToneItUp.com!
