Kat and I were just reflecting on this year’s Bikini Series and WOW! With eight weeks of booty-kicking workouts, more than 12 million Tone It Up Nutrition Plan meals made, over 7 million classes completed in Studio Tone It Up, 1 million gorgeous #TIUBikiniSeries checkins, girls connecting all over the world, and endless amounts of love, support, and dedication, YOU made this year’s Bikini Series the best yet! Now that the challenge has come to an end, Kat and I just want to take a moment to say how incredibly proud we are. 

You just achieved something AMAZING, so take a few minutes today to recognize how special you are — journal your biggest achievements in the challenge, treat yourself to a massage or something fun you’ve been eyeing, and go ahead and give yourself a lil’ booty tap…you deserve it! 

At the beginning of this challenge, we asked you to reach out to some special women in your life — your mom, your girlfriends, your sisters, your daughter, your fellow TIU girls in this community  — to tell them how much you appreciate their support. We know these women were there for you every step of the way, so now is the perfect time to send them a little thank you message.

So thank you from the bottom of our hearts for letting us be your trainers and bringing your beautiful spirit to this community! You are our inspiration and motivation to work hard every single day!!

The Summer Tone Up Challenge is coming soon and we can’t wait to release it! Keep an eye on for all the details. Pssst… look out for lots of yoga toning, weight training, barre, sculpt, kettlebells, and dance to feel so toned and confident all summer long! Plus, Kat’s new prenatal workouts for mamas to be!
