Hi gorgeous! Self care, support, and connection are more important than ever. As we come together as a community, we want all of us to imagine holding each others’ hands as we walk into this new world, where there is justice and peace.
As part of the Summer Tone Up, we are so grateful that we were able to film with the incredibly strong and loving Ariel. Although this workout was already pre-planned in our programming, we just want to point out that it’s the perfect time for us to all come together.
Moving and nourishing your body is a form of self care, and we will continue to provide our workout videos and Summer Tone Up programming for you. If workouts haven’t been your priority, that’s OK. Know that we are here for you — in solidarity, in friendship, and of course, whenever you’re ready to jump back in for a good sweat. xxo

What We’re Cookin’ This Week
This dinner spotlights one of our favorite summer combos: peaches and basil! Enjoy the refreshing and satisfying Summer Bounty Grain Bowl from your Summer Tone Up meal plan (available in your app!).
Summer Bounty Grain Bowl Recipe
M3, M4, M5
1⁄2 small head of radicchio, quartered, cored, and torn into bite-size pieces
4 cups mixed greens
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup sliced heirloom tomatoes
1 peach, pit removed and sliced
2 Tbsp. goldenberries (can also use blackberries or your favorite berries)
1 Tbsp. chopped basil
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. peach vinegar or white balsamic vinegar
1⁄2 tsp. honey
1⁄4 tsp. Dijon mustard
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1. Soak radicchio pieces in ice water for 15 minutes, then drain and spin dry. Divide all salad ingredients among two large plates or bowls. You can top with 4-6 oz. of your favorite lean protein per serving.
2. Whisk together all the dressing ingredients and drizzle on top.
