    1. Ive also been trying to drink more tea but I get burnt out so fast on green tea. I’ve never tried or even heard of white tea! Is it yummy? Does it have caffeine? Any others u would maybe recommend to try? Thank u tons!!! 💋

      1. white tea is delicious girl! it’s even more mild than green tea and you can spruce it up nicely with herbs, like mint or with fruits. White tea does naturally contain a low amount of caffeine, and you want to make sure you’re getting natural white tea, as some brands actually fortify their white tea with more caffeine. The way you can tell the difference is by how much caffeine is in each cup per serving. natural white tea has 6-25mg. any more and it’s been added in. You can find a wide variety of white on too. Hope this helps!

    1. I do not know how to either. I am worried if I buy the wrong brands or if I am out too long in the summer I will burn or turn yellow color.

I have seen a lot of tiu girls on social media asking about collagen, and I’ve been a bit curious about them myself but nervous because I am a vegetarian. This could have been a chance for a corporate sponsorship, or to gain some money from a new product placement deal, since you have such a huge audience. But instead you guys told us the truth, and let us know that the often expensive collagen supplements that are so popular right now are not really necessary and we can produce collagen through a healthy diet.
