Avo-Moisturizing Mask

This mask is super hydrating — and perfect for Taco Tuesday 😉 The natural oils in avocado help hydrate your face and plump up any dry areas. The yogurt provides riboflavin, vitamins B6 and B12, and calcium, and its lactic acid helps smooth skin and tighten pores. Honey is naturally antibacterial, so it’s also great for acne and breakouts!

1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

1 tsp. plain yogurt

1 tsp. honey

1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.

2. Apply to your face and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water and a washcloth.

*** WARNING: you might temporarily look like a swamp monster! I scared Bobby!!! Haha. But the results are worth it…lolll
