Our Pregnancy Announcement ♡

My heart is so full!

I’m so excited to share that Brian and I are expecting a new addition to our family ♡ It’s been so surreal…every day is a new feeling — new growth, happy tears, and just so much love that we’ve never felt before. ✨

Thank you so much for all your beautiful messages on my Instagram post too. It meant the world to us to hear all of your stories. It’s amazing to learn more from you and all your experiences as I become a mom! I’m going to need lots of your tips and tricks along the way!

As we go into the Bikini Series, I would love to learn more about you. I put together the form below so I can send you what I’m doing for my workouts, modifications for all of you who are expecting too, and nutrition and fitness advice.

I’m so excited to begin this journey with all of you because I studied Pre- and Post-Natal Health and Fitness in College. It was one of my favorite parts of my Health Science degree and I’m excited to finally put it in motion!

Thank you again! Love this community so much ♡

  7. Oh new mamma, I am so excited for you!! I have an 11 & 13 year old (boys) and due in the end of June so I’m speaking from experience. Slowdown and soak it up. Soak in the moments and enjoy them all. Listen to you body! Your baby is already telling you what it needs. ♥️ Thank you for sharing your life with this community. So excited to connect with all the expecting mammas our there. Bikini Series with a belly this year. 💕

  8. So happy for you!! I’m relatively new to TIU, and I already adore you gals – couldn’t be happier for you Katrina! All the cliches you hear about pregnancy and parenthood are true. Enjoy every moment (even the tough ones)! I’m so glad to be able to follow along on your journey to the greatest joy of your life. ❤️

  9. SO excited and happy for you! Congratulations! I will be 20 weeks pregnant on Monday with my first and am so excited to follow the Bikini Series to maintain a healthy weight. I’m so grateful I’ll be able to follow you as you modify the plan, specifically nutrition, to work during pregnancy!

  10. So happy for y’all! I am 16 weeks along with my 2nd and I think based on your insta post that we are almost the same time along! I’m very excited to be able to share the journey with you. I didn’t work out one day while pregnant with my first and after I had him, I started my TIU journey to great results! I’m determined to continue working out this entire pregnancy to keep up my strength (I’ll need it with two little ones!). Looking forward to lots of prenatal workouts from TIU! Congrats again! Being a mom is the best!!!

  11. Kat, this is the best experiences life has to offer. I can’t even put into words how amazing being a mom is. Seeing the world through their eyes is so rewarding and beautiful. You show this community so much love and support, which is how I know you are going to be such a natural momma!! Congratulations to you and Brian!! Enjoy every second of this beautiful journey 💗

  12. The most important advice I was given and took to heart was that you’ll have to get used to feeling different and it is absolutely ok to not be able to do everything you did before pregnancy. Even the laundry gets hard lol. I also read as much as I could so that I was prepared for the weird things my body did! If there was ever a time to give yourself grace, this is it! Congratulations to both you and Brian, you deserve all the love about to come your way from your little!! 💕💕💕

  13. Congratulations! This is such an exciting time for you and your family. My son is two months old now and time is flying by. Make sure you take time for yourself during your pregnancy and enjoy it!!

    1. such great advice ~ thank you mama! & congrats on your new little bundle of joy!! xxo 💙💙💙

  14. Congrats! You will have such a beautiful new family addition. You will feel the most incredible love you never thought possible! My advice is to get rest close to your due date. It’s hard because you’ll be so eager and excited plus it can be hard due to the size of your belly but rest up for delivery and adjusting to life with a newborn. It’s all totally worth it :-) Best wishes to you and Brian… and Winnie too

  15. So excited for you and Brian! Such a blessing!! My husband and I are trying to conceive and I am so excited to follow you on your journey so I know what to expect and how to modify workouts!

  16. Congratulations Kat & Brian! My daughter is 3 months old and it’s hard work but it’s so worth it. Like another TIU mama above said, be gracious with yourself. You’ll be freaked out & yet amazed at what your body can do. Plus you have this great community of women to support you!

  17. Congratulations so funny I was just thinking that one of you might be pregnant. Welcome to the wonderful worl of Mommy hood its as fun and stressful as everyone says.

  18. SUPER excited for your pregnancy modifications during the Bikin Series! I loved last year’s series and am excited to beef up my fitness again while pregnant this time! Congrats! It’s a wonderful experience every day!

  19. I am so 👏🏻 excited! I cannot believe I am 14 weeks preggo with surprise baby #3 and I get to have my #1 fitness goddess to guide me along the way at the same time. This is going to be epic! Congrats Kat! 🤰🏼

  20. All the feels! I started TIU right after my first daughter was born in 2014 and loved the transformation my body went through. I not only lost the baby weight but found strength I never knew I had. Doing TIU through my second pregnancy kept my mind and body on track as I prepared to welcome another little girl to our tribe. We are planning on trying for #3 this fall so I am excited to follow you through your journey and have a whole new arsenal of pre and post nasal awesomeness for another TIU baby!! Yay!!

    1. hi babe! love hearing this!! I’m so excited to share my journey with all of you! 🤗 we’re in this together! xxo 💪🏻💕✨

  21. I’m over the moon excited for you guys! I’ve been so looking forward to seeing the day when one of you gals were expecting and I look forward to hearing about your experience! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  22. Awwww, this is so amazing just like you! I was just thinking the other day, I hope to see those girls pregnant and follow that part of their life too! The only thing that would make it better is if Karena were pregnant too! I will be watching and hoping! Keep up the great work. You beautiful ladies are such an inspiration to young and older, LOL.

      1. Dear Kat, congrats! As a mama of one little girl and a little boy on the way, I have a little advice that will be life/body saving! Pregnancy can be surprisingly different from what we anticipate.. and the best thing you can do for your baby and your body is 1) invest in pregnancy nutrition books like Skinny Bitch Bun in the oven, 2) books on preparing for childbirth, 3) read everything you can, educate yourself because knowledge will be your best friend in preventing health issues for you and your baby during pregnancy. And finally! 4) Health: No matter how tired you are workout 4 days a week 20 to 30 mins of heart pounding sweat producing-cardio and 15 mins weight lifting or how badly you crave something, do not eat any animal by products or meat during your pregnancy they will blow you up like a balloon!

I am so much happier, less hormonal this time around even though last time I was pregnant I did weight lift and go on walks I wish I had used a stairstepper or treadmill for cardio like I am this time, to help burn more fat. I wish you the very best of luck and happiness in your journey you three ;) .. 😚

  23. I am so beyond thrilled for you! With your kind and naturing soul, you are going to be such an amazing mommy to that lucky baby! Don’t know if you are soliciting advise – but I have an 8 year girl old and 5 year old boy here’s two two things I always hold close to my heart…
*Everything is a stage and embrace it all.
*The days can be long but the years go by fast.
Many many congrats to you all and best wishes in this new amazing chapter 💕

  24. Oh my goodness, congratulations!!! I just gave birth to my little bundle, Miranda Rose, 5 months ago. It’s such an amazing journey and you will be an incredible momma, Kat! My biggest advice is to take all the moments you can to relax while you are pregnant. I worked all throughout my pregnancy and definitely could tell when I wasn’t giving myself enough TLC. You will rock this!! Can’t wait to follow your pregnancy journey! Congrats again and God bless!

    1. hi babe! thank you for sharing with me & congrats on your sweet baby girl! so grateful for all of the TIU mamas!! love u! xxo 💖✨😽😽

  25. Now that I’m expecting my 1st I’ve been wishing that TIU would add features/plans/workouts for mommas to be! So excited for you & what changes are to come!

    1. hi girl! congrats! so excited to share this experience with you and all the other TIU mamas!! xxo 🤗🤗

  26. Aww Katrina what a lovely post. Even though I don’t personally know you, I am extremely happy for you and Brian. Your love for one another is so beautiful that I can tell just from watching your story from the early TIU days. I know you’ll be amazing parents. Congratulations xo

  27. My babies are now almost 10 and 6 and so many days I wish I could have them back as my babies again for just a little bit. Here’s my little bit of advice for AFTER you little one is here. Caring for a newborn is hard—just the lack of sleep alone is difficult. Your life will be completely different. But embrace this time as much as you can. Embrace the chaos as you figure things out as a first time mom. Take in all the snuggles and don’t worry about anything else. You’ll find your new routine soon enough—in the meantime, take it easy and get to know this new little person.

  28. I was so excited to see this news! I’m newly pregnant, a little over 11 weeks. My husband and I have been trying for awhile so when we found out we were in shock to say the least! We are so excited but also hopeful that everything goes smoothly. Good luck with your pregnancy!! PS I have been having a harder time working out lately as I’m scared to do anything wrong, even though I know that’s silly :)

  29. This is exactly what us #tiumamas we’re needing!! Wish I had this 3 years ago!!! I am so excited to watch you on this journey. Motherhood is a very beautiful thing! I think it was the most scariest but exciting time when we we’re expecting our son! Congratulations!!!!!!

  30. So so Happy for you & brian girl !! Motherhood is one of the hardest, happiest, most rewarding experiences any woman can enjoy !!! Let me share a few things I wish I knew haha :) 1: Take Lots & Lots of Pictures of EVERYTHING !! & videos !! 2: NO ONE IS PERFECT , & thats COMPLETELY ok !! Being a mom is one if not the hardest job on this planet !! Embrace every moment of it , especially the learning ones 😉 3: Mommies need a time out too !! 4: Hug , kiss, cuddle & snuggle every chance you get !! Xoxo 💛

  31. Congrats!! You two are going to to be the BEST parents! I bet Mama Jane and Brian’s mom (and both dads of course) are over the moon with excitement 🎉🎉🎉

  32. ahhhh me too! due in october. i would love to see prego advice etc. on here. i was hoping it was coming. CONGRATS!

  33. So many hugs sent your way! So so excited for you and Brian (and winnie too of course!). Becoming a mom is the BIGGEST blessing in the world. Like my heart hurts so much because of how much I love my daughter. I cannot wait for you to experience that feeling 💕. Just when you can’t imagine loving your child more, you wake up the next day ☺️ Congrats again! You are already such an amazing mama and baby is so blessed to have you and brian 😘

    1. hi mama!! aww thank you! you’re so sweet, we are so excited and feel so blessed xxo 💗✨😽

  34. Being a mom is the best blessing ever! Congratulations! So happy for you and to have plans geared more to us mommas!

  35. Congratulations! So happy for you!!! I started Tone it up before I became pregnant with my third 😉. However after I became pregnant all those yummy nutritious meals I learned to make I couldn’t stomach and I craved junk food. Tips for trying to eat healthy when not feeling well would be great! Can’t wait to get on track now post baby for the bikini series!!! And can’t wait to see tips and nutrition advice for pregnant mommies (baby number 4 might be on the way).

  36. The reason I decided to join tiu is because my husband and I want to have another baby but this time around I want to do it differently… the first time I was not good to my body and it really caught up to me during and after pregnancy. I am so grateful to be a part of this community and I wish I knew about tiu for my first pregnancy so this is really exciting! Congratulations Kat and Brian… this truly is such a beautiful time that you will treasure forever. 💛💕

  37. Congratulations to you both!! I was SO excited to see your post because I knew it would mean a maternity plan would be on the way!! I’m currently 15 weeks and have been absolutely drained with so many food aversions… it’s been hard to stay on track!

  38. CONGRATULATIONS KATRINA! You’re pregnancy announcement pics are gorgeous! Not close to being a TIU mom at all, Happy college student, but I’m sure the community would love to toss name ideas in 😊🎊🎉

  39. I’m so happy for you and so gratefull, because i’m also in my first trimester and had to find prenatal workouts to be able to do the bikini serie. We can now do this together and be proud of ourself even if we don’t do as much 😅💪🏼🤰🏼

  40. Oh Kat! This is SO exciting! My husband and I are expecting our first, too! We just haven’t announced it on any social media (except for the snuck in #tiupregnancy hashtag on my TIU insta lately ☺️)! We’re 19 weeks this week and it’s hard to believe we’re already almost halfway there! I just started feeling movement on Monday and it’s the most amazing feeling! Can’t wait to follow your journey 😘 we wish you all the best!

  41. I’ve been a member since 2012 and I’m the exact same weeks as you! This is so exciting for me and is going to make my fitness/pregnancy journey even more fun! Congratulations! 💕

  42. Congratulations!! This is SO exciting. I could not be happier for you. I smiled so big when I saw your instagram post the other day. I am also expecting and am about 19 weeks along, so I am so excited to hear more about what you’ve been going through so far as a first time mom to be (me too!)! I would love to see as much pregnancy related content as you want to post, and I think so many other women in this community have been anxious for this topic to come up :)

  43. I cannot tell you how excited i am for you and Brian!! Additionally, I am so excited to be sharing this experience with you! And we are only 3 weeks apart!!! I’m looking forward to all your tips, tricks, advice, modifications and so much more 💗 cannot wait for what is to come! I’m a first time mama and the news of you being pregnant makes it so much more fun! Love you babe and can’t wait to see you on the 23rd of June and rub bellies together 😭👯‍♀️💗😘

  44. Congratulations! Motherhood is such a thrilling journey! I’m 25 weeks along with our second–we can’t wait to have another little boy in our house! With my first pregnancy, I dedicated myself to staying fit and… I got injured. I ended up not being able to walk at all on one leg for a period of time and even missed a business trip because of it. I’m wiser this time around and have taken things easy. Lots of walking and chasing a three-year-old have kept me healthy. :) I have been able to travel to all my meetings with confidence, keep a full-time work schedule, teach in church on Sundays, and be a wife and mother. But it does require a mental shift. Your body will change and it’s not always easy to know in which ways. Be prepared to be humble. That’s what pregnancy taught me four years ago and my son reminds me every day. ;) These little people bless our lives in ways that can’t even be described or understood until you are holding your own new best friend. Enjoy this time. There’s nothing like it!

  45. Congrats, I’d love to see some ideas for tiu mommas who have trouble losing the weight and having sugar addictions
I was wondering when y’all were gonna start a family, will you be able to have the tiu protein
    Sleep as much as possible

  46. I’m so happy for you and Brian! Relish this time in your life! Being a mom is the most rewarding experience in life! I did the TIU workouts all throughout my pregnancy last year and it definitely made my post partem a lot easier! 💕

  47. This is amazing! I couldn’t believe it when I saw your post! I had just sent the TIU ig a message that morning asking if you all have any tips or tricks for expecting mamas to be!!! So grateful! Good luck mama! We’re all in this together! Xoxo- Nikki

  48. Congratulations Kat & Brian!! Being a mom has been the hardest, but most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. My girls are by far my proudest accomplishment! My best advice is to trust your instincts. And #momfails are a real thing…I think I’m on #momfail4562 but they know they are loved and they can do anything! ❤ Many Blessings to you all! 😁🤗

  49. So so happy for you! 💜 It’s also amazing to know I’ll have some guidance from you, Kat, cause being pregnant can be a little overwhelming 🙀 So stoked to see your journey + to connect with more of the TIU mamas!

  50. I’ve been anxiously awaiting one of you to get pregnant so we could get all this good information about pregnancy and working out! I’m so happy for you! You’re going to be an amazing mom and dad!

  51. Congrats!!! I’m so excited for you. Pregnancy is a magical and terrifying experience! Lol. I was 4 weeks pregnant when last years Bikini Series started. That first trimester kicked my butt and I didn’t end up finishing the series. I’m now 4 months post partum after having my rainbow baby and I’m ready to get back to being myself. Looking forward to all you guys have planned! Xoxo

    1. I’m 10 weeks post partum after having my rainbow too :) so ready for the bikini series!!! Hope you are getting sleep.!

  52. I was SO excited when I saw your announcement!! I’m 15 weeks so I think we are due around the same time. Can’t wait to see all the great tips and encouragement to stay fit and healthy during pregnancy. I feel like all the hard work I’ve put it as part of the tiu community has really benefitted me during this pregnancy. Overall I have felt great! Hope you are having the same experience. So excited we are on this journey together along with this amazing community! <3 #tiupregnancy #tiuteam

  53. Congratulations! Pregnancy is an incredibly magical time. Its hard but its like no other life experience. Treasure every second, even the hard parts! It gets better and better and soon you will have a beautiful little miracle in your arms. I love every second I spend with my baby, but I also miss being pregnant and look back on that time with such fondness. Especially a first baby! Its the last time you have alone with your husband! Its such a fleeting time in your life and its easy to get wrapped up in the future. Treasure the present. Its good advice for pregnancy and when the baby comes. So many changes make it hard, but its very grounding. So happy for you! Can’t wait for the workouts, advice, and inspiration and to watch you blossom.

  54. CONGRATULATIONS!! When I saw the subject of my email I was SO excited for you both! ❤️ You will make amazing parents and so excited to see you on your journey to become a mom! I’m currently pregnant with our second (our 1st will be two next month) and I was so sad I wouldn’t be able to partake in this year’s Bikini Series because I didn’t know how to approach it while being pregnant. So excited to do this along with you and get all your amazing tips! Congratulations again! ❤️❤️❤️

  55. So excited for you!!! I have a 12 month old and exercise and nutrition helped me have a smooth natural birth and helped me recover a lot faster than when I had my 7 year old. Looking forward to seeing your journey and prenatal and postnatal workouts and diet.

  56. Congrats!! I just had my first baby 2 weeks ago. I was hoping there would be prenatal and postnatal tips and workouts soon.

  57. I’m very happy for you and know you will be an amazing mom! As a TIU girl dealing with infertility, I very much wish that I hadn’t received a pregnancy announcement in my email. I don’t want to unsubscribe from the email list, but seeing pregnancy announcements is unfortunately very difficult. I am happy for all the TIU moms out there and very much hope to be one someday, but this kind of stuff is hard to see sometimes. I hope you will be sensitive to us TIU girls who are fighting very hard to be a mom and who might have a difficult time seeing pregnancy related posts. If you have any advice for those of us dealing with infertility I would love to hear it!!

    1. Hey love. I hear you and want you to know that there’s light at the end of the tunnel. Everyone has their own path and there’s a beautiful story waiting to be written for you. Sending you so much love and strength. This whole community is here for you 💛

  58. Congratulations!! I am so excited for you two! I am currently 22 weeks and can’t wait to see your posts and tips about workouts and nutrition during pregnancy! You and Brian will be fantastic parents, so happy to get to follow along on this amazing journey. Pregnancy has been such a blessing! ❤️❤️

  59. SO excited for you! I am 9 months post partum and am thrilled that you will have pregancy and post preg workouts and nutrition. And excited to see those workouts with your babe!

  60. So so excited for you! I’m 15 weeks pregnant and we found out on Sunday it’s a girl! 🎀 I have been struggling with my nutrition this whole pregnancy so far (no morning sickness tho 🙌🏻). Can’t wait for prenatal workouts and nutrition advice! Love that we get to do it along side each other since we’re due right around the same time! Congrats again girl!

  61. Congratulations!!! I just had my first baby on NYE – enjoy every moment!! XO

  62. Yay, Congrats!!! So excited to be part of this journey with you and Brian!! I’m following right behind you at 12 weeks pregnant with our first baby too, looking forward to all you share throughout :D

  63. I was so excited to find out you are expecting!!!:) congratulations!!!!!!
This is a bit off topic, but kind of applies. Would love some postnatal workouts. I am way beyond postnatal since I have a n almost 4 year old and 21/2 year old boys, but I’ve recently found out I have Diastasis Recti an snowball I suddenly feel concerned about what kind of workouts are safe or going to help heal me. maybe a topic for later?

  64. Our little love came last August! I am so excited for you to soak up motherhood! The best advice given to me during post partum (which is a hard season — SO good — SO hard!) was that while days may be challenging — they will never be challenging in the same way. No two days are alike. So if today is really rough – know that tomorrow will be different and you can do hard things!
Also, be ready and willing to accept help – I’m naturally a helper so it was (is) hard for me to let others help me out — but we are all better when I stop trying to control the situation 😅
You are going to be an amazing mum! I’m totally thrilled for you!

  65. Congratulations Kat! I am currently 23 weeks pregnant today with a beautiful baby girl! Can’t wait to see all your modifications to the Bikini Series so I can follow too! 💕

  66. Congratulations!!! I am incredibly excited for you!!! It’s such an incredible feeling and time. Momma intuition is real, trust yourself. There’s a lot to learn we all make mistakes and both of you are going to do great and already are. I have been waiting for one of you to be pregnant and learn from you. I am in my second trimester of my second pregnancy. My daughter is two and it has been really hard for me since I was pregnant with her to be on track eating and finding time to workout for 10 min. Nothing was consistent. Started to get back on track and found out I was pregnant. Knowing you are and seeing what you do is very motivating and inspiring. Motherhood is amazing and hard. I can’t wait to read all your posts and tips!! ❤️

  67. CONGRATULATIONS!! I’m so happy for you guys!! Welcome to the wonderful world of motherhood! You will LOVE it and you will be great! Many more blessings to come!

  68. Kat! I am so excited for you. You are one of the most beautiful and inspirational person – inside and out. You are going to be a terrific momma! You are so sweet to let this community be a part of your life. I have enjoyed and will continue to enjoy watching your family grow. I am also expecting. I will be 8 weeks along on Friday. You are right about every day being a new feeling and we are falling In love each day. I feel even more connected to you as we go through this experience together. I’m excited to learn modified workouts and nutrition tips during the bikini series and along the way until baby arrives! Sending love your way! Xoxo

  69. Congratulations Kat! I am 24 weeks pregnant with my first! We found out a few weeks ago that we are having a boy! The addition of all the prenatal and postnatal tips and workouts will be so great;because I’ve had so many questions about how to make everything work while pregnant!

  70. Congrats! 💞 been waiting for this announcement!! 📣 So happy for you and Brian. TIU helped me lose baby weight. Can’t wait to see what you have in store for us mommas! Enjoy the journey!

  71. OMG! How exciting is this?! Mama of 6yo & 1 yo and I can’t wait to watch your journey! Being a mama is the hardest & best thing I have ever done. Best wishes!! <3

  72. Congratulations!!!💕 My husband and I are trying to conceive. I am so excited to follow your journey!

  73. Congratulations!!! I have a 4 month old. Her name is Olivia Frances and she is the absolute best thing in this world. I never knew that a love like this could exist until I had her. Being a mom is truly the most amazing and wonderful thing, there’s nothing that compares to the joy of watching your baby grow up and smile, laugh, and learn every day. You two are going to be such amazing parents. The love you have for each other is beautiful. That little one is lucky to have you two. I can’t wait to see what these upcoming months bring! I’ve secretly been waiting for one of you to get pregnant so I could get tips for my next pregnancy! Congrats again!

  74. Congrats mamma to be!!! Just gave birth to a baby boy 3 weeks ago!! Can’t wait to follow your journey and get some tips to be a kick butt tiu mom! You’ll rock this!

  75. Congratulations! I have a 4, 2 and 6 month old! I’m looking forward to learning some tips for PP workouts. I got diastasis recti after my second son and can’t do a lot of the workouts. Also, would love tips on staying on plan while trying to cook for the whole family within budget! Can’t wait to hear tips!

  76. CONGRATULATIONS!!! You have such an amazing journey ahead. I’ve been with you since before my first little beach babe was born in 2014, and remember modifying your workouts as needed, then doing tone it up moves with her little body rolling around me, then crawling around me, then on me! So exciting for you to go through this and share your tips for mamas everywhere!

  77. I’m so thrilled for you! I am 18 weeks pregnant for the first time and am loving the experience so far. It’s such a fascinating process and an interesting adventure to adapt to a new body each week!

Knowing you will be adding a new dialogue to the TIU experience by sharing your experience is a dream come true. I’ve been modifying workouts on my own but having an intentionally prenatally-focused approach will be such a blessing.

Can’t wait to be on this journey “together”! 💕

  78. Kat!!! I am literally so excited for you – I teared up seeing your announcement! I just had my first babe in February and what a fun, exciting, amazing ride it has been! My pregnancy was awesome so I hope yours is too. My husband and I were together 11 years (married 4.5) before having our little one and he was so worth the wait as I’m sure you and Brian will see :) can’t wait for this bikini series because I am ready to let go of this “fluff” LOL xo

  79. Hi Kat,

I am so excited for you and Brian! Congratulations! This is an amazing time to be preggers. I am currently expecting my first child and hubby & I are elated. I am 31 weeks along and I have been blessed enough to be able to continue an active lifestyle throughout my pregnancy. I’ve been doing a few of the daily routines however as I’ve progressed in the pregnancy, I had to rely on other workouts I found on YouTube. I really enjoy prenatal yoga because it helps stretch out your hips & adjust my evolving body. I also have done prenatal cardio & prenatal HIT workouts which are amazing! At 31 weeks, I am starting to slow down but, I haven’t given up on my workouts. Everyday (or other day) I try to post a workouts & post protein smoothies through instagram. My posts have helped inspired others & I had the opportunity to educate them on the nutritional values.

Again, so excited for you on this new journey!

  80. Congratulations!!!! I’m so excited for you and Brian! I’m expecting my first also in October!!! 16 weeks this week!! Can’t wait to see all your posts and follow along with you on this journey!!

  81. Your pictures are so beautiful! I saw your video of how you told Brian today and I cried- it was so sweet! Congratulations to both of you! 😊💕✨🌟

  82. Congratulations to you and Brian!! It’s such a special time and I know you’ll soak up each and every moment!!

I’m currently 6 months pregnant with our first! We had some complications, and I was rushed to surgery at 16wks and I unfortunately have been on bed rest ever since! We’re just trying to keep our sweet baby girl cookin in the oven for as long as possible! I can’t wait to jump on the TIU wagon after I give birth!! Just crossing my fingers that I don’t blow up too much! ;)

Looking forward to continuing to follow all the joy you have and will experience! It’s been the happiest and most exciting time of our lives thus far!!

  83. So excited for your growing little family! My husband and I are currently trying for our first…patiently waiting. 🤞🏽 I can’t wait to see your pre and post natal tips and modifications. What an exciting time! 💗

  84. Congrats! You will be a great mom ❤️ Would you consider doing any posts about infertility and miscarriage? I have lost one and it would be great to have some tips on ways to heal and deal when our bodies don’t cooperate like we’d like them to, and how we can best fuel our bodies and mentally/physically prepare for pregnancy regardless of the outcome. Thank you!

    1. Hi girl! Thank you for sharing with us. This community is always here for you for anything you need. We love you so much 💛

  85. Congratulations!!! This is such an exciting time and I am SO happy for you and Brian! I’m currently 30 weeks along due with our first baby, a boy, in early July. The first 18-20 weeks were so rough for me – the 24/7 nausea, taste and smell aversions to nearly everything, fatigue, headaches were all so unfamiliar and hard to get through. Orange juice and citrus got me through the nausea. I had occasional heart burn (I think) and ACV in hot lemon water and papaya enzymes (literally works miracles) were so helpful. I constantly have a big starbucks tumbler filled with ice water I refill multiple times a day…I’ve never been more thirsty in my life! And giving in and listening to your body to rest and nap when you need it. I would feel so guilty lying down in the middle of the day, but I couldn’t help it, so naptime it was and tell yourself it’s OKAY bc the baby is growing and you need to take care of yourself and the baby!
I was going to opt out of the Bikini Series for the first time in 6 years and with your pregnancy modification and guidelines being included I’m so excited to participate now! The timing works out almost perfectly as I have 10 weeks left in my pregnancy and it will give me that extra boost to stay moving and that extra focus on my nutrition as I near the finish line. I would love an update on how you found out, how you’ve been feeling, your cravings and aversions, etc, etc! xoxo

    1. Hi babe! I’m so sorry to hear you had a rough time in your early pregnancy. So happy you’re joining for the Bikini Series and excited to share this journey with you! xxo

      1. Thank you! It was rough but that is now a distant memory. The past 10 weeks I have felt pretty great and thankful for having a smooth pregnancy and being 30 weeks along now I’m feeling energetic and like myself again! But just a bit bigger :)

  86. So So SO excited for you! You are going to be the most amazing mama 😍 I have a seven year old, a four year old stepson, and my new hubby and I are trying to have a baby together. We’ve been trying for 14 months and are now on the road to infertility treatments but we’re staying positive and know it’ll happen when the time is right! Can’t wait to watch you experience this amazing journey! Thank you for sharing with all of us. Love the TIU community more and more every day 💕👙❤️

    1. Hi babe! Thank you for sharing this with me and the community. Sending you so much love 💗

  87. So excited to watch your beautiful journey. As a mom of a 14 and 11 year old, I quickly forget what I (we) went through. You and Brian are in for the most wonderful ride of your lives!!! Enjoy.every.second!! All the love to you guys!

  88. Congratulations! You two are the cutest! I am a mama to 2 and also work as a Birth and Postpartum Doula and I have been following you since the Bravo tv show… always wondered when a TIU baby was going to happen. Haha. I look forward to getting some advice to share with clients and I hope you consider using a doula!

  89. My heart exploded when I saw your Instagram announcement! Motherhood is the most challenging, but rewarding thing you’ll ever do. My little guy just turned one and being his mama is my favorite! You and Brian will be fantastic parents. You have the biggest support group standing behind you! Enjoy the wild ride love.

  90. Hi Kat! I’m so happy for you and Brian! You have been my motivation to be a healthier version of myself since the birth of my first daughter, Jacqui, who is now 3 years old. I found Tone It Up shortly she was born. I was trying to find a way I could lose my baby weight without needing a babysitter. With the Daily Workouts and Nutrition Plan, I got back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I then got pregnant again with my second daughter, Juliette, now 1 years old. I lost all my pregnancy weight and then lost some more! I was wearing a size 26 in my jeans, which I’ve never been able to fit into before!!! I was actually my thinnest after having two kids. However, that lasted not too long as I recently found out I am pregnant again!!! I am almost 12 weeks now with my third one. I am excited but a bit scared on how I am going to handle 3 little ones (and hope I’ll be able to go back to that size 26). I’m happy I will share this journey with you and look forward to prenatal workouts and nutrition tips over the next few months.

  91. Congratulations again!!! 💕🌷👶🏻
I’m 48 and a mom of three; 21, 20 and 12, every pregrancy was different, but with my last I understood that I have to enjoy each moment, but now with TIU you have all the beautiful expecting moms in a wonderful plan to enjoy their pregnancy and be healthy. Thanks ❤️
    Hugs and kisses 😘

  92. So so so SO happy for you, Katrina! I’ve been following you girls for years as I had my 3 kids, and it was so exciting to see your announcement! You are going to be an AMAZING mama! Congratulations!!

  93. Congratulations Kat! You are going to adore your new role as a mom! I am so happy for you. Just wanted you to know I started tiu after my first baby. I had her at 35 and my second at 37. TIU was such a blessing for this stay at home mom role I found myself newly in. I was able to lose the baby weight (35lbs with each babe) easier because of the convenient workouts. My girls are now 3 and 5 and I continue to love tiu workouts on the app!!! The girls love the intro songs and videos. They are my shadows. Thanks for changing the way I exercise and making it convenient to do at home with my littles nipping at my heels. Lol. Enjoy your pregnancy and journey in motherhood! ❤️

    1. Thank you for sharing this ~ it means the world to me to hear about your journey and your little ones getting into the videos! xxo

  94. I’m so excited for you!!!!! I’m pregnant for the first time now!!!!! I’m soooo pumped you are going to send us your modifications for the bikini series because working out while pregnant can be scary and challenging! I feel like I’ve always been in tune with what my body needs and how to treat it but now I’m going through all these crazy changes and I don’t know what to think!!

Enjoy your pregnancy :) it has been amazing for me so far and I bet you’re going to love it! I imagine you already do! Congrats to you and Brian!

  95. Congrats!! You will be there best mama! I’m on this journey with you. Although I’m quite a few weeks ahead. Lol. I’d love some workout advise during pregnancy. I suffered a severe foot/ankle injury 3 days after finding out I was pregnant so that completely derailed my workout routine. I’m 26 weeks now and having the hardest time getting back into the swing of working out. Partly, I don’t know how to modify what I was used to before. Blessings to you and looking forward to updates!

  96. congrats!! I’m so happy for you two!😍💕Im pregnant with my first as well and am so stinkin excited to be pregnant right along with you!! I’m a week behind you!💓🤗

  97. Beautiful Katrina! Congratulations to you and Brian and the TIU Team! Thank you for sharing a beyond beautiful moment in y’alls lives with us! The photos are so sweet! Many blessings and love and light to you and yours!!!

  98. That’s so wonderful, congratulations! I’m a mom of two and it’s a truly wonderful journey! So much love <3

  99. Congratulations, Kat & Brian!! What tremendous, beautiful news💖. I am a mama of 2 girls under 5 yrs. Being pregnant was the most magical time of my life! There’s nothing like it. Enjoy the wonders of your baby growing inside you & further marvel at your incredible body, that knows just how to nurture & cradle your wee one. I would echo all the commenters who say you should fully enjoy your “me time” and the “we time” with Brian. Having little ones is an earth shaker/life changer. Life will never be the same– which you’ll find, again & again, is an amazing gift. In terms of the birthing process, I’d recommend a doula and/or midwife. I birthed both babies with the support of midwives (in a hospital). Fantastic, empowering experiences! Meeting with a lactation consultant pre-birth couldn’t hurt either. If you decide to breastfeed, that is also a lifestyle change onto itself! Even though I’m 2.5 years postpartum, I cannot wait to follow your process and learn more about postnatal nutrition & fitness. Hoping to see some advice on the common postnatal challenges like diastasis recti & strengthening the pelvic floor (for example, I had no idea that some ab exercises actually exacerbate diastasis recti!). Congratulations once again!!💖🌟

  100. Congratulations on this amazing journey! You are an inspiration to expecting mamas! I share in your joy because I’m also expecting my first baby end of August! I have been trying to find prenatal exercise advice and support. I joined a TUI expecting moms facebook group several weeks ago, and so far I’ve been keeping active with jogging and prenatal Yoga. I’m looking forward to TUI mama news and advice!

  101. Being a mama is so rewarding and beautiful. My hubs and I waited 7 years after we got married to try having our first and he arrive in style 4 days before our 8th anniversary!!! I’m so thrilled for you and Brian! Ever since you were married I’ve anxiously waited for a little TIUBebe!!! It’s finally happening! I’m so excited to have all of this great pre- and post- natal info, health tips and workout tips available for my future next Bebe!!!! 💙💗

  102. Such a beautiful soul. So a new chapter of your life begins, its amazing! Nothing… really nothing feels more precious than your baby grabbing your finger for the first time, walking its first steps, saying I love You and kissses you good night. My heart is full of love when i write this. I hope that this feeling carries to you through the computer and distance… :) :)
It’s amazing how you can influence people with your awesome energy, loving thoughts and kindness from across the globe. I really hope that i have a change to see the two of you somehow in person too. I will try to join some of your tours maybe.. never know :)
    Im from Estonia, faaar away.
Keep on going! Don’t stop. Keep spreading love and kindness to everyone. You are making a lot of difference in the world! :*

  103. Congratulation to You and Brian, you re such a wonderful Couple! <3 Lots of Love for you!

  104. So happy for you guys! Wishing you the healthiest pregnancy :) when i became tiu member my 1st babe was 9mo old(in may 2012). Now i have my 3rd – 3mo old in my lap :) and one thing is sure enough – kids learn from doers not from talkers. You are already great example of healthy and loving human beings ,i am sure you will be the best mommy&daddy to your kid(s!? ;) ) ! Thank you for once creating & being the best mom of this TIU community! Hugs from country Far Far Away in Northern Europe- Latvia :)

  105. So excited for you, Brian, and your families! LIttle Ones are something to be cherished, our son is, and like everyone has said the time flies. I cannot believe our little boy is already 4 months old. One thing I wish was different was our pet situation. Our beautiful cocker spaniel Frecklea was so excited about our little guy, she slept snuggled up to my bump right up until he got here. Unfortunately after he was here she got sick :( and she isn’t with us physically any more. Winnie seems excited about his new brother/sister and I hope your LO gets to love and snuggle with him after they arrive as the bond between our pets and our Little’s is another unique and precious one. Good luck you guys! And bless this little one!! ❤️💕

  106. Congrats! One day I hope to be where you are right now. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for four years now. After a miscarriage at 10 weeks and two failed IVF treatments, we will be starting our fourth attempt after the Bikini Series. I know this Bikini Series will help me prepare physically and mentally for what will come. Your workouts -and especially Karena’s meditations- have helped me so much in our emotional journey towards parenthood. By gaining physical and mental strength, I am able to keep loving my body and trust that it is capable to give birth someday. Thank you so much for that, and enjoy this exciting and new time in your life!

    1. Charlie, I’m 39 years old & was told by two drs that I would never be pregnant. I found out this week that I am almost 7 weeks! Never give up hope. I fully understand the struggles in your heart. I had given up & when I missed my period I thought “oh it’s never regular”. I’ll keep you in my thoughts.

    2. My heart goes to you Charlie… heard your story too many times in these stressful times we live in. It’s just not fair is it?! I know a successful birth specialist who says in these times…. take a romantic getaway and stop trying. Don’t even think about pregnancy just be with each other. You both deserve it!!! Reconnect as lovers not baby makers and true magic will happen 💜

  107. Congratulations!!!! 💜💜Been following you girls for so long now and knew it was a matter of time😉 welcome to the club. You think you’ve experienced love and then your heart wants to burst a little more with every moment you share with your little one. BEST THING EVER!!! So happy for you! Thanks for helping me be the fittest mom I can be😘

  108. I have been waiting for you or Katrina to announce a pregnancy! I am over the moon excited for you guys! Unfortunately, I fell off track last September when I moved (it’s so difficult to keep up a routine when you’ve lost your workout space and running route) and then just weeks later found out I was pregnant and not only fell off the wagon but also left it in the dust. I am almost 36 weeks pregnant and I am so ready to finally get back to my TONE IT UP – I’ve missed it so much but being my first pregnancy, I didn’t feel comfortable jumping back in in the middle. I can’t wait to see all the awesome things you do during your pregnancy!!

  109. I wish this happened last year! I was pregnant with my son last year and was afraid to do the challenge due to modifications. So happy that when we decide to have #2, I can do the program :)

  110. I am soooo happy for you Kat! Being a mom is literally the most rewarding job you could ever have. You truly never thought you could love someone as much as you love your child. I have one and am currently expecting another. I’m almost 19 weeks! I am so excited to be on this journey at the same time as you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  111. Congratulations!! I just had my daughter, my first, and motherhood is such a miracle. It’s hard work but everytime I hold, or stare at, my three month old I feel like I could burst with love!! I am so excited for you and excited for the new things to come to Tone it Up ❤

  112. CONGRATULATIONS!! I am so excited for you! I am a day away from 17 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby boy 💙💙💙 I have twins that are 3 years old so I have been through this once before, but I am looking forward to enjoying just one baby at a time this time ☺️ I remember wishing with my last pregnancy that you guys had some prenatal workouts, so this is a dream come true!! Congratulations again, you are going to be a beautiful mama 💗

  113. Congratulations you two, how exciting!!! I have been waiting for you or Karena to get pregnant and focus your tips and journey on pre and post natal fitness and nutrition, hehehe… I have two (3 yr old and 8 month old) and they are the most wonderful part of our lives! Prepare for a wild ride, but listen to all the advice and get as much rest as possible before the big day… and then after baby comes, too. Enjoyyy ❤️❤️❤️

  114. I am so excited and happy for you! Being a mom is the hardest yet most rewarding thing you’ll ever do. I’ve got three 9, 11, and 13 and I exercised through all three pregnancies. It made pregnancy and delivery so much easier. My best advice is to read all the books & hear out all your friends, then do what you feel is right and best for you and your little one. They will only be little once and it’s really ok to co-sleep, nap with them, hold them all the time and all those other things that might “spoil” them. That bonding will last their lifetime and the memories will last your lifetime. Congrats girl!

  115. uiuiui this is exciting news – I wish you all the best and lots of love for this amazing journey.
Pregnancy taught me a lot about listening to my guts, but also about the importance of satisfying my basic needs…
Apart from that, for you and all other moms and moms to be I want to share some resources that helped me a lot to stay grounded, and feel safe and well informed
    1. I loved (and still love) listening to the “birth kweens” podcast – fun, inspiring, helpful in regards to pregnancy-birth-postpartum life, and the best: the podcast is all free –> http://birthkweens.libsyn.com/
    2. I enjoyed the advice and exercises from the book ” A mindful mom to be” from doula and pregnancy coach Lori Bergman –> http://www.loribregman.com/synopsis-of-book/
    3. Throughout my pregnancy I did daily meditations with the app: Expectful. It helped me to connect with whats going on, wind up, or calm me in a moment of insecurity –> https://expectful.com/
    4. I really like the magazines 4th trimester. The very different stories about pregnancy, birth, postpartum and parenthood opened up my mind –> http://fourthtrimag.com/

  116. Congratulations to you and Brian on the new addition to your family xx! You’re going to be the best Mom! I’m so excited that you will be adding pregancy workouts. I was waiting for it! I started working out using the Tone It Up videos with after I had my Daughter which was almost 9 years ago now and now we’re blessed again with a little BOY coming July 2018! Can’t wait for the pregnancy tips and workouts! Best of luck to you during this beautiful journey!

  117. Yayy!! I am so excited for you guys :) I am 16 weeks. Can’t wait to follow the bikini series and get some pregnancy workout tips!!!

  118. Congratulations!!! Enjoy the whole journey! I didn’t get sick thank goodness, but had lots of body pains. I’m delivering tomorrow!!! (the 4th) :D
I wasn’t sure how to answer the questionnaire since it was so close haha. I would love to see postpartum workouts and managing workouts/eating healthy with kids!
I used the What to Expect When You’re Expecting app to follow what was happening to me and baby.
Good luck! It’s going to go by so slow and so fast, enjoy!

  119. So happy for you two! No advice to give, (My husband and I ) we’re still trying. But I’m so excited for all the advice and tips you can give for when I do become pregnant. You’re going to make a great mom!

  120. So excited that you’re going to be a #tiumomma! Being a mom is seriously the best job ever. Those 9 months (for me it was just shy of 8) go by so fast. One day you’re getting that positive test, and the next day youre holding that beautiful baby! Just remember that if you wake up and you’re so tired and/or uncomfortable that even making a quick smoothie is hard, it’s OK. I think that’s the best advice I can give you. During my pregnancy, there were days when I woke up, only to make it to the couch and take a nap. Other days I would deep clean the bathroom. Even on hard days, being pregnant was the best time of my life. Enjoy the journey, and take lots of baby bump pictures! You guys are going to be amazing parents. Congratulations!!! 💕

  121. Congratulations Kat, I am so excited for you!! :) I’ve been following you guys since the first bikini series and always wondered when this exciting news would happen :) I am a new momma to an 8 month old baby girl and am due with our second in November! You are going to love being pregnant, I hope it is going well and continues to go well for you :) I am so excited to workout along with you- I can’t wait to see what you have in store for us preggos!!

  122. Congratulations!! I am SO happy for you both! I actually just recently found out that I am expecting (my first, too!) so I am incredibly excited that you are taking us on your journey with you! xoxo

  123. So happy for you and Brian – what a blessing! I’m excited to be able to follow along with you as you progress in your pregnancy. Wishing you all the best! (Also, I can’t get over the way Winston is looking at Brian in that first photo! The love is real!)

  124. Congratulations Momma!! So excited for you both!! I am a new Mom and my baby girl is 4.5 months. Being parents has been the best thing to ever happen to my husband and me. Juggling being a new Mom and full time boss babe has been a challenge but I would not trade it for the world. Best advise I can give you is enjoy the journey and be patient with your body. What our bodies can do is amazing and so incredible to go through. Sleep 💤 as much as you can right now. The first few months will be full of joy, many firsts that make your heart want to explode, long days and nights that will fly by. Just know every day will get so much easier. It is so fun to watch your husband become a Dad! No words for how this makes your heart feel! It is amazing!!! I can’t wait to follow your journey!

  125. Congrats Kat!
I just found out I was preggers with my second child ( my first is 6, so 6 years later!!) 3 weeks ago! Happened to come upon your email and clicked on it and so glad I did! Glad to go through this wonderful memorable journey with you! Having a child is the best experience you will ever have and the love you get to share is even better <3 You're going to be a great mommy and daddy and cheers to you for new addition <3 lots of love, Kayla.

  126. Congrats!! So excited for you guys :-) My hubby and I are expecting right now too, just over 22 weeks! Big hugs, mama!

  127. Congratulations! You are about to embark on a whirlwind of a journey! It will be much harder than you ever imagined, but filled with more loves and laughs than you ever knew was possible. Being a tone it up girl helped me in my pregnancy tremendously and I’m so looking forward to seeing your journey and watching your perspective shift to the now mama side of fitness and nutrition. Can not wait! Also you guys will be wonderful parents and baby is already so lucky just for being yours ❤️❤️

  128. Congratulations!!! When I first saw your news on Instagram I was so excited I called my husband to tell him and he was like so confused lol! I’ve been following TIU for years and I was really reaaally hoping one of you would be expecting soon so that we can follow along. When are you due?? I’ll be 15 weeks tomorrow, I’m due October 26th. This will be so fun to follow along with your pregnancy while I go through it as well and I’m really happy to see that you’ll be showing us some prenatal exercise and nutrition. I’m a runner but I’ve already been experiencing a lot of round ligament pain post run so I’m trying to figure out other options to stay fit. I just started going to a prenatal yoga class and I absolutely love that I feel great during and afterwards. I hope you’re feeling great and congrats again!!

    1. Congrats babe!! So excited we get to be on this journey together and I’m so excited to share my tips and modifications. xxo

  129. I am SO Happy for you two! I have been with Tone It Up since you two were married and am so happy for the gals here that will benefit from your workouts and tips for such an amazing time in your life. Hugs from Chattanooga!

  130. I am so excited for you!! I love that you are using your experience to reach out to all of the other mamas out there!! I am 41, and I am a mama to two girls, 22 (graduating college!!) and 17, in high school.. My fitness journey began after I had my second daughter and was trying to get back in shape and running hurt my back.. So I bought a Denise Austin Yoga and Pilates DVD and it helped me so much!! Fast forward 16 years and I have been teaching yoga, Pilates, barre, and Zumba for th last 9 years.. and do you know who I trust daily to keep my booty in shape?? 💕💕TONE IT UP💕💕!! So, just so you know, your program is legit, the love and caring that you show for all of us girls is legit, and more babies just means more love!! Can’t wait to start out bikini series, and I send you and your little lemon good wishes!! Oh and Carson if it’s a boy, Chloe if it’s a girl..

  131. I just found out I’m pregnant as well! I’m so excited to be on this journey with you and learn to be healthy and fit! Congratulations and cheers to us! Xo, Angie!

  132. Congratulations to both of you, I wish you a beautiful pregnancy and to enjoy this new adventure in life. I am a mother of three (boys) by adoption, as I suffer from severe endometriosis I could never get pregnant. We waited 34 months for our first boy and after 4 days together he had a massive seizure and went into a coma, they found out he had bacterial meningitis, he was 11 mths old at the time. After the hospital saved his life we learned that he had suffered a massive stroke so he is now in a wheelchair and has no volontary movements and can not communicate, but life goes on and he is now 9 years old. After this lifealtering excperience we decided to adopt two older boys (6,5 and 7 at the time, now 12 and 10) so now we are a crazy (but happy and lovefilled) family. Everything always works out, even if it feels hard at times. Iam so happy to have found this community and I am truly excited for you. 💕

    1. Thank you so much for sharing with us about your beautiful family ~ sending you so much love 💕

  133. So many congrats to you and your hubs! You will be an amazing Momma! Just always keep your sense of humor, as my mom always told me, it’ll save your sanity when they get older.
Get lots of videos and photos bc it all goes by faster than anyone likes. I’m on my second, she’s almost 2 and I still can’t believe it. Cheers to motherhood, and all the fun times to come!

  134. I am so excited for you! I am 5 weeks postpartum and waited for a pregnancy series of the plan for months! I cant wait to see your journey and what you release for TIU members!

  135. Kat!!!! I’m so happy for you 💗💗💗 you have been so sweet and supportive through my journey and I can’t wait to celebrate with you through yours 💗 you are such a light and have such a big heart… this babe is one lucky babe!!!!

  136. Hi babe! I’ve been having it during my pregnancy. It’s always best to check with your doc too. xxo

  137. I am so happy for you both!!! The 9 months goes by so fast, and then you have a beautiful tiny human you can’t stop loving on😍 You will be an incredible mama! I LOVED using the studio tone it up app while being pregnant. I was able to adjust my daily workout when needed and found so much support and motivation from other mamas out there. I can’t wait for this round of the bikini series!🙌💪🏻I’ll be starting this series a little different than the last – I just had a baby boy 10 days ago!! 💙 I’ll be starting with nutrition and light walks until I’m able to do more. I’m so excited to follow your journey and see all the amazing things you’ll be creating for the TIUMamas!

  138. Big congrats to you and Brian! My little boy is 10 months old and it’s been the most thrilling adventure. It’s nothing like I thought it would be and my heart is so full of love. Best wishes for a good pregnancy!

  139. I have so many postnatal questions! I’m 11 weeks postpartum. My hips are so tight. I need help rebuilding my abs and strengthening my pelvic floor. I’m also worried about exercising/dieting again while breastfeeding. How can I shed a few pounds and tone up without hurting my milk supply? And how do I stay motivated?! My little one leaves me little time in the day for myself, and I’m such a busy (and tired) mama. HELP US KAT!! Also, so happy for you. I’ve been waiting for this moment! You’re going to be an amazing mom!

  140. Congratulations! Having a baby is so amazing and life changing… and despite what some will tell you Birth and labour can also be amazing, and it is THE most empowering thing to can do (in my opinion!) Biggest piece of advice .. pelvic floor therapy!!! Prenatal and post! Your body will thank you 😉

  141. Congratulations!!!💕👶🏻 It’s such An exciting time for me also and so glad there will be modifications for expecting mamas!! Wishing you an easy, happy and healthy pregnancy!! 💕💕

  142. I’m so excited to watch your journey- your love and respect for your body is about to be taken to a whole new level! On another note, I’m 8 mo. PP with my 4th and while I’ve stayed active and I’m in great shape thanks to TIU, I think it would be really great to see you include nutrition advice for breastfeeding mommas! As this is my 4th, I know that body personally holds onto about 7-10 pounds until I’m totally done breastfeeding, but I still constantly worry about getting enough calories and the RIGHT kind of calories to maintain a healthy milk supply! Not to mention the fact that your body gives to your baby first so if you eat badly, you are really not loving yourself well! Anywhoo, just something to think about as you move forward! So excited for you!

    1. Love that idea! I’m so looking forward to sharing my journey and more advice like this moving forward! xxo

  143. Still on cloud 9 knowing that you and Brian are having a baby!!! Being a TIU girl all these years and anticipating this day, as a TIUmom myself, i just cant wait to follow along this new and excitng journey!! Enjoy the moments, try to give yourself grace on the hard days but know you are doing an amazing job as a Mommy already! You look gorgeous and this TIU community is SO excited for you!! Cant wait to see the prenatal/postnatal workouts and tips you have in store for this community! Many hugs and congrats again, love you kat!! 😽❤️

  144. Congratulations Brian and Kat!! When I heard the news, I was so excited for you but also for myself! This is my 3rd bikini series, and I’ve had such success with the plan the last two years. This year, however, I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to commit because I had no idea how to make it work now that I am pregnant. You, Karena, and the whole community have been so influential in my healthy living goals the last few years; it means the world to me that I can look to you during my pregnancy and still be a part of this wonderful community!

    CONGRATS!!!! <3

  145. congratulations, so happy and excited for you. The first 6 months were the hardest. I remember thinking, my marriage was not going to make it. Of course we got through it, but no one told me the dumb little fights you might have. Maybe you and Brian won’t go through that, but figured it’s better to have the expectation than not. One of the best parts about being a mommy/parent is no matter how tired you are or frustrated with your child, it all goes away when you have that precious time before they go to sleep and you just watch them sleeping. All the other “noise” disappears.

    1. Congratulations!!! I am so excited for you and Brian! Enjoy every moment of your journey. The high days and the low days. The up days and the down days. Days when you feel great and days when you don’t feel so well. They are all relevant! This is truly a journey, but one of the most beautiful journeys that you may experience in your life. Continue to surround yourself with positive people who love and support you. My prayers and thoughts are with you both, that God will bless you with a strong and healthy baby and that He gives you strength each day. Many blessings!!! XOXO

  146. Not gonna lie, been waiting for this! I’ve followed you since before I had my 3 kiddos. I so look forward to seeing this new journey infold and the evolution of the tone it up brand. Something relatable to everyone in the community, that’s special. A lot of us moms have been TIU girls since the get go and have patiently awaited the product to offer workout advice to expecting and post natal moms. I’ve now outgrown this opportunity, as my youngest is now going on 4, but feel so excited to see it available to all those expecting and post natal mamas out there! Bravo 👏🏼 ❤️

  147. Congrats!! So excited for you both!! Do you have any suggestions for those of us going through fertility treatment? Anything helps! ITs a roller coaster ride keeping our fingers crossed! Cheers!!

  148. Congrats Kat! So happy that you get to experience the wild journey of parenthood. I have two teenagers that I adore and I’m so grateful for this journey through life with them as my sidekicks. Enjoy and cheers!!

  149. So excited for the Bikini series and the modifications for TIU babes expecting! Congrats to you and Brian, y’all are going to make amazing parents! I am as well expecting and this is all so esxciting!! Thank you for all the hard work you and Karena do to putting into the workouts, meal plans, etc!!

  150. Congratulations! For postnatal breastfeeding mummy’s, will there be any lactation cookie recipes? The only recipes I can’t find are all filled with sugar, if love a healthy recipe!

  151. So So So excited for you and Brian! I’ve followed TIU for years and I am so excited for your new journey as a mom. Like anything else I know you will do great at it! :)

  152. Hi Kat!
I saw you on Today last week and was SO inspired by you that I bought the TIU app that morning! I’m 4 months pregnant and this past week doing the TIU workouts has given me new energy and new positive inspiration to keep moving and to be a strong mom to be like you! Thank you for doing what you’re doing! You’re making a difference in my life and so many other women out there! 💕
