NEW VLOG ~ Random Acts of LOVE Challenge!

Hi from the LOVE wall! Just in case we haven’t told you today…we L❤️VE you! You are sleigh-ing your Holiday Hustle Challenge. You work so hard every day. You do so much for everyone in your life and this community. You bring so much joy into our lives. You’re always giving — your time, your attention, your love. So we wanted to do something special for you!

This is your Random Acts of Love Challenge! Everyone in the community will do a random act of love for themselves and then for someone else. It can be something small like a phone call or baking someone a TIU approved treat ;)

And remember that self love is SO important. When you show yourself love, you’re better able to give love out. It starts with you! Kat’s random act of love is going to be relaxing in a bubble bath (she always says she wants to do this!) and I’m going to treat myself to a massage and spend more time in my meditation room.

You deserve this act of love. Take it in and give it back to the universe❣️🤗😽

What’s your Random Act of Love going to be?! Tell us in the comments & share on Insta #TIUactoflove!

You can also watch on YouTube & Apple TV HERE!

It’s not too late to hustle with us babe!! Having a healthy holiday season is an act of self love ;)

  1. You must have read my mind!!! I treated myself yesterday to an epsom salt bath, a soothing clay mask from your beauty line, and a glas of champagne!!!! 🛀🏼🥂

  2. I baked shortbread for each of my 15 neighbours, parcelled it all up and hung them on their door handles for them to find! Along with a label from their Secret Santa neighbour ;)

  3. Calling a special girlfriend on her birthday and leaving cookies for the mail lady :) and for myself, booking that massage someone gifted me 4 months ago!

  4. This is perfect! I actually had a client who performed a random act of kindness. I’ve been doing his hair for over a year now and his sons and he tipped me 100$ and said merry Christmas! I was so moved and want to pay it forward somehow!

  5. I was thinking about what my random act of kindness would be, and a couple of days ago a co-worker of my shared a need with me that has major implications on her family’s life. I ended up setting up a go fund me for her, because no one should be left unable to see a dying parent during Christmas because the plane tickets are too expensive. You can see it here, and maybe she will be your random act of kindness too!
