NEW Bikini Series Mindful Meditation ~ Love & Kindness
Morning beautiful! Today is DAY 1 of the BIKINI SERIES!!! We’re all embarking on this special, life-changing adventure together — and I couldn’t think of a better way to kick it off than taking a few minutes to reflect and meditate about love 💖
During the Love Your Body Series, we started doing mindful meditations together and it was one of my favorite parts of the Series. I read all your comments and it meant the world to me that you joined and that the meditations resonated deeply with you. It was so special creating them, and I’m so excited to be back at it!
We’ll have a new mindful meditation every week of the Bikini Series! If you’re brand new to meditation, this is the perfect time to start and I will guide you every step of the way. Meditation is such powerful practice — it will help you feel refreshed, centered, empowered, and connected to your mind and body.
For our first meditation of the Series, we’re starting with the mantra of love because all we need is more love in the world! I’m sharing one of my favorite guided meditations called “Loving Kindness” that I’ve done for years. This meditation was created by a researcher at Stanford University, and the study showed that when you do this meditation for seven days in a row, you’ll feel more love, gratitude, and joy!
So let’s all find a quiet space, close our eyes, and begin 💛🙏
