Mindful Meditation ~ Your Perfect Summer Day
Good morning beautiful! It’s week 8 of the Bikini Series! By now you’re feeling strong, fit, and mindful. I’m beyond grateful I’ve been able to share this journey with you! I hope you’ve enjoyed all the meditations as much as I’ve loved creating them and sharing them with you. Remember you can revisit them anytime HERE! Throughout this series, we’ve explored mindfulness together as a community. We’ve looked inward to release our creativity and focus on self-love, and we’ve looked outward to appreciate our surroundings and find gratitude. I’m so proud of you for taking time for yourself ✨
To celebrate the Bikini Series, I wanted to do a very positive meditation ~ visualizing your perfect summer day ☀️ Even during the summer, it’s not always possible to get outside and soak in the sun. Maybe you’re stuck in the office all day or it’s cloudy outside. I’ve found that on these days, it helps to visualize yourself getting that daily dose of vitamin D. Imagine those unforgettable summer moments when you’re laying on the beach, by the pool, or on a blanket in the grass. Let those memories bring you the same peace and joy.
