Mindful Meditation ~ Tap Into Your Inner Strength

Morning beautiful! I’m so glad you joined me for a meditation to start your week positively and mindfully!

As you know, throughout the Love Your Body Series we’ll be focusing on a new intention each week. In last week’s meditation we exuded self-love, which we’ll carry with us every day moving forward. This week will be centered around inner-strength ~ recognizing the power that lies within each and every one of us. We’ll bring awareness to our mind-body connection and remind ourselves how powerful we truly are. ✨

  1. Love, love, love incorporating this at the end of my Monday morning workouts. Not only helps cool me down, but puts my mind in the right space to tackle the day! I like to follow up by listening to Spotify’s “Deep Focus” playlist as I get ready for work and set my intentions for the day! Thanks for sharing, can’t wait to see more each week!
