Our intention this week is all about positivity ✨ During this meditation, I want you to close your eyes, breathe deeply, and release any negativity and judgment of yourself or others…you don’t need it. Without it, you’ll have more room for positive energy in your life and you deserve that babe.
You are fierce. You are stronger than you know. Allow positive feelings and frequencies to flow through your body and fuel you. Bring them into your day, all your interactions, your conversations, your relationships. You will deepen your connection with yourself and everyone around you.
