Mindful Meditation ~ Open Your Heart to Positivity

Hi babe! I’m so grateful you’ve been joining me for these meditations. It’s been so special creating them and reading your comments. Our intention this week is all about positivity โœจย During this meditation, I want you to close your eyes, breathe deeply, and release any negativity and judgment of yourself or others…you don’t need it. Without it, you’ll have more room for positive energy in your life and you deserve that babe.

You are fierce. You are stronger than you know. Allow positive feelings and frequencies to flow through your body and fuel you. Bring them into your day, all your interactions, your conversations, your relationships. You will deepen your connection with yourself and everyone around you.

I’m going through a tough time with some career changes and family stuff, so having these moments to reflect are a great way to bring me back to positivity — something I’m working on to be better at. Where do you find the meditations? Are they read from a book that inspires you or from your own reflections? This last one (positivity) really spoke to me. What books can you recommend for inspiring thoughts and meditations like the ones you post? Thanks again!

    1. Hi babe! I’m so glad that the meditations are bringing you positivity. I create all the meditations myself and sometimes I quote some of my favorite authors like Rebecca Campbell. I also love books by Marianne Williamson and I did a post of some of my other favorites HERE. Know that this whole community is behind you and we love you! xxo

  16. I enjoy these so much! It helps me release negativity and become centered again. I am personally a Christian so I add my own personal touch of faith in there! I love holistic approaches to life in general. It’s amazing what happens when you find things you didn’t know you would love like guided meditation!! And amazing how we can combine different therapies to relax and improve our well being. You can’t fill a cup with an empty cup. I hope we get the privilege to hear more of these forever! I can already feel the benefits of doing them ๐Ÿ˜Š …on a side note, I recently purchased the nutrition plan and I am so glad I did ~ I have been a tiu fan for years now but just decided to join since my baby boy is almost 8 months and I am finally ready to really commit to losing that last little bit of baby weight and also establish those lifelong healthy habits. Thank you for all you and Katrina do to empower woman ~ it’s amazing! ๐Ÿ’•

  22. Loved this. Thank you. Meditation is so good for body and spirit. You have a calming way and, the words, sun and flowing waves and surfers a a match. Beautiful video.

  30. I have always been a kind of pessimistic person all my life. I guess itโ€™s because I was always afraid to be positive & felt that if I mentally prepared myself for the worst in life then I wouldnโ€™t be so disappointed if the negative did happened. It was kind of a coping mechanism for me NOT to get my hopes up & be positive only to be let down.
    As a critical care RN, Iโ€™m constantly faced with disappointed & sad obstacles which make it almost impossible not to be any other way.
    I wanted to whole heartily thank you for your mediation sessions. Your inspiring words & encouragement during them have given me a lot of incite to start seeing life in a more positive light! You truly have left a lasting impact on how I want to live my life for the better!
    So please know that your mediation videos are sort of a โ€œlife-saverโ€ for me… & doesnโ€™t go un-noticed!
