Your Perfect Summer Evening ✨

Soak in every last minute of summer at your party! Set the scene outside so your guests can watch the sunset as you chat. We love a low table look with comfy pillows and blankets for a more laidback and relaxed vibe! We chose to do a mix of pillows and bright colors for a summery look. You can mix and match pillows you have at home or grab some at Target, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Home Goods, or Anthropologie (some of our faves!) Re-create this look by the beach, a park, or even your backyard!

Set your tablescape with candles and fresh flower arrangements to really set the scene and the mood!

Pop Some Bubbly! 🍾🍓

Have you tried your new Tone It Up kombucha?! We created this delicious and pretty in pink sangria recipe with Bubbly Rose! We love making sangria for get-togethers because you can prep a big batch ahead of time!

 Bubbly Rose Sangria

Makes 8 servings 

Ingredients:

2 bottles Bubbly Rose Tone It Up x Health-Ade Kombucha

1 bottle rosé

1 lemon, sliced

1 cup strawberries

1 cup raspberries

Soda water

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients except soda water in a large pitcher or punch bowl.

2. Let sit in the fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight.

3. Pour in glasses and top off with soda water. Enjoy!

Simple BBQ Recipes

For an outdoor parties we love to keep the menu nice and simple! We always like to grill and have some fresh salads and side dishes for our guests!

Put out a big tray of fresh veggies for your guests to snack on before dinner! They are delicious with hummus or any of these homemade dips below!

Beet Hummus

Makes 5 servings

Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas, drained (save 1/4 cup of canned liquid)

1/4 cup red beets, grated or chopped

1 garlic clove

1 tsp. cumin

1/2 tsp. cardamom

1/2 lemon, squeezed

2 tsp. olive oil

Pinch of salt

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth!

Quick Guac

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

1 avocado

1/4 cup red onion, diced

1/2 jalapeño, diced

1 lemon, squeezed

Pinch of salt

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mash to combine!

Grilled Summer Chicken Skewers

Fire up the grill girl 🔥🔥🔥

Makes 4 servings 

Ingredients:

4  chicken breasts, 6 oz. each, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 bunch fresh basil

1 red onion, cut into big pieces

2 zucchinis, cut into big pieces

2 bell peppers, cut into big pieces

Pinch of salt

4 tsp. olive oil

4 wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes before use

Directions: 

1. Preheat the grill to medium.

2. Add each ingredient to the skewers. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt. Put on the grill and cook for about 6 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked.

3. We like to serve it with THIS pineapple pico salsa!

Three Bean Salad

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

1/2 cup cannellini beans

1/2 cup chickpeas

1/2 cup kidney beans

1/4 cup diced celery

2 Tbsp. chopped red onions

2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

2 Tbsp. chopped rosemary

2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

2 Tbsp. olive oil

Pinch of salt and pepper

Directions: 

1. Combine all of the below ingredients in a bowl. Mix and it’s ready to go!

Hi I know this has nothing to do with this post but the post about the studio tone it up app doesn’t have anywhere to comment.. anyway I can’t join studio tone it up cause of the monthly subscription. Are there any way I could still do the workouts? Not the Daily moves but on the on demand section
