  1. Hey! How many times a week would you recommend for pregnant women to complete a workout? Do we need more rest days or more LISS? Thank you!

    1. Hey Sandrina! Congrats babe! Every woman and every pregnancy is different so it’s all about listening to your body. If you’re feeling strong, it’s amazing to do a workout in the pregnancy section of the Tone It Up app or some days it may feel better to go for a stroll. Remember to stay hydrated and take it at your own pace. We always recommend talking to your doctor too before starting any new program. xxo

  2. Love this so much! It’s great to see a K&K talk again. I always feel happy and inspired after watching the K&K talks. Welcome back Katrina and be patient with your body- your attitude is great! I was a childbirth educator and always told my students it took 9 months for your body to grow that baby, give yourself 9 months to get back to your former self (and let’s face it, bodies are never quite the same again after a pregnancy and that’s okay – I call my stretch marks “baby blessings”. This was so fun to watch. Love you both!

  3. Katrina- I’m not sure if you’ve discussed it before… but did you drink Kombucha while pregnant? I’m seeing conflicting information and would love your thoughts!
