Hey girl, it’s your Studio Tone It Up trainer Chevy here! As I was reading my new copy of Balanced and Beautiful (I’m obsessed!), the Motivate chapter especially resonated with me.
You may not know this about me but I love my lists! A motivation list is an amazing tool to help you pinpoint what drives you. I actually made one when I was transitioning from my career in corporate sales into fitness. It helped me visualize my dreams and achieve them and I want the same for you! Your dreams are yours girl!
