How To Make A Motivation List & Visualize Your Success

Hey girl, it’s your Studio Tone It Up trainer Chevy here! As I was reading my new copy of Balanced and Beautifulย (I’m obsessed!),ย the Motivate chapter especially resonated with me.

You may not know this about me but I love my lists! A motivation list is an amazing tool to help you pinpoint what drives you. I actually made one when I was transitioning from my career in corporate sales into fitness. It helped me visualize my dreams and achieve them and I want the same for you! Your dreams are yours girl!

For Day 2 of the 5-Day Reset, we’re all focusing on feeling our most motivated! I’m sharing advice for making your own motivation list, so here’s my challenge to you โ€” grab a pen and paper and let’s do this together! I promise it will be SO powerful! ๐Ÿ’•

And then share one of your goals in the comments below or on Insta #BalancedandBeautiful. I can’t wait to read them!

Sending you love & light,

  3. I’m committing to a Tone It Up lifestyle.
I went through some ups and downs during your transformation this past year. When you announced your new app, I felt like I was going to be left out and not part of the team. I disconnected for a while but something kept pulling me back. I love you guys so much. I feel so connected to TIU. So here I am, reconnecting to TIU and I feel very happy.
Thank You for it all -H

    1. Hi babe! We’re ALWAYS here for you and we’re so happy you’re connecting with the community. Love you so much! xxo

  4. I read the motivation chapter and sat down to make my motivation list. Two whole pages of journaling later, I realized that my whole view of motivation had been obligation (I have to do this because it’s the only way for my body to work, I have to do this because it’s the only way to set the example for my children that I want, I have to do this or I’ll be weak blob), which, maybe not surprisingly, has not recently been all that motivating. Thinking about it more though, I realized that while working out, eating healthy, and taking care of myself may be an obligation I owe myself, my clients, my husband, and my children, it is so much more: it provides the energy that fuels transformation. The ability to transform myself into the best version of me that I am intended to be, and in doing so, transform my relationships with everyone around me, turing fear and discomfort into love, strength, and ease–that’s something powerful worth going after every day.

    1. That’s such a beautiful and powerful perspective ~ thank you for sharing and motivating us and this community!
