Feel Positive & Powerful With This Guided Meditation

Join Karena Dawn from Tone It Up for a guided meditation to harness positive energy.

Morning beautiful! Close your eyes for a moment, take a deep breath, and repeat this mantra to yourself…“I am positive. I am powerful. I am at peace.” How do you feel?

I want us all to start this week full of positive energy, so our intention today is positivity. When I talk about positivity, I also like to bring in the intention of non-judgement because I feel like these two go hand in hand. Letting go of judgement, comparison, and the idea of perfection opens up so much more space for positivity. Through our meditations, we’re shifting our thoughts from the negative to the positive and this will have a profound impact on every aspect of your life — your relationship with your body, yourself, and everyone around you.

So find a comfortable spot and let’s allow these positive vibes to flow through us. Here’s to starting week 4 with an open heart and a big smile 🤗

Sending you lots of love,

Karena

  1. Thank you Karena for brining meditation into my life. I’ve tried meditating before, but Meditation has been a challenge for me. Quieting my mind has been very difficult. I know the benefits will come, I just have to be patient with myself (hardest part) and keep doing it, and stop getting frustrated with myself when I have trouble focusing. Thank you for guiding me and being a part of this journey! 🙏🏼💞

    1. Hey Melissa! I’m so happy you’re enjoying the meditations. Definitely give yourself patience and grace as you begin your meditation journey. And if thoughts run through your head during your meditation, that’s totally natural and OK! It’s part of the experience. Just notice the thoughts without judgement and come back to your breath. xxo
