Kat and I love to journal as a powerful tool to get back on track and reorganize our thoughts, goals, and intentions! The moment you start setting intentions for the week and writing them down, you WILL make them happen! We always say, “The number one promise you can make is the promise you make to yourself!” Accountability is also key! Tell your girlfriends your goals, they will listen and check up on you!
