  1. can we sub the vanilla for the new peanut butter tiu protein? I am running low on my vanilla and getting more this week

      1. It would be great if they would include modifications for protein flavors, so I’m glad y’all brought it up!
I almost always have the TIU vanilla protein on hand, but not always the other flavors. So it would be awesome to hear how the other ones work with a recipe like y’all did with the PB!

  2. this is so great! i have a 4-mo. old (my first) and life is so crazy right now, i am so excited to follow a new mama in the bikini series!!!!

      1. Me too lady! 5 months this Saturday! Happy to hear I’m not alone in getting back into it. Congrats mama!

  3. Love this! Thank-you so much. Can’t wait to learn more about working out while being pregnant and postpartum. Hoping to get pregnant this summer so I’m going to love following along. O and Louise Roe’s accent is to die for.

    1. I am the exact same way!!! I am hoping to get pregnant this summer and can’t wait to learn how to safely workout while pregnant!! :)

    2. Isn’t she the best?! I’m so excited to share my journey and modifications throughout the challenge! xxo

      1. Kat, I was wondering your thoughts about doing the bikini series with placenta previa. 24 weeks pregnant with our second son!! So excited but with this diagnosis I’m so bummed I have to put my workouts (at least the intensity) on hold. Wanted so badly to participate in this year’s challenge. Do you have suggestions on how I can still participate and possibly get in safe workouts?

        1. hi girl! we recommend checking with your doctor just to be safe! and congrats mama!! so excited for you! xxo 💛✨

    3. Ahhhh same here! I’m hoping to get pregnant later this summer as well! Hope we can all support each other through the process!

  4. Love that you all are showing love to the new mamas out there! I have a beautiful 9 month old now (😱) and it’s so nice to be able to follow and connect with other mamas out there. And congrats again Kat! 💖💙

  5. Would LOOOOVE a workout with you guys and Louise!!! I’ll be a new mama (a second-time new mama) in a couple of weeks!

  6. My son is 5 months today, and I will be joining the TIU Bikini Series with you all ladies! I can’t wait!!! I want to be summer ready, but especially full of energy for my baby boy!

    1. Awww happy birthday to your baby boy!!! So excited to start the Bikini Series with you 😽

  7. Hey ladies, I LOVE your coffee chats and getting to learn more about Louise’s journey with fitness and motherhood is wonderful!
Please keep these coming, and have a wonderful day!

  8. I am 19 weeks with my first baby and am so excited to follow the #bikiniseries the best I can. I know nutrition will be a huge part in making sure I don’t blow up like a balloon at 8 months in the dead of summer! haha. Can’t wait to start this adventure with you all!

    1. Congrats babe! It will be amazing to do the Bikini Series together to feel our best during our #tiupregnancies! xxo

  9. Is the nutrition plan safe for those who are trying to get prego or are currently? I’m aware that you shouldn’t have kombucha or ACV but in terms of all tiu protein powders, bars, bites and recipes are these safe for mama’s to be?

  10. So excited that for this bikini series! This is my first one as a new mom. I love all the inspiration for mama’s to be and current mama’s! #feelingthelove

  11. I am a new mom to a 5 month old baby and can’t wait to do the Bikini Series with all you mamas!! My goal is to be in better shape AFTER baby than I ever was BEFORE baby. The TIU community is so uplifting and encouraging and all you babes are amazing! Let’s crush this Bikini Series!! XXO!!

  12. When I first started TIU many, many years ago I had no idea that (today) I’d still feel so committed to the program and this community. I absolutely love how this brand and community has evolved over the years, and as a young 30-something married woman, I love that I don’t feel too old being part of this loving and supportive community. Thank you Karena and Katrina for all that you do! Much love ~ Brittany C.

    1. Make sure you look for an all natural peanut butter but check labels because some brands like Skippy still put sugar in their natural peanut butter. I love Trader Joe’s or Teddie Peanut Butter but most stores should have an all natural store brand with just peanuts and salt or just peanuts as ingredients!

    2. I love Wild Friends peanut butter! So good and it’s just roasted peanuts and salt. They have a lot of different flavored nut butters too!

  13. I’m so excited for the Bikini Series! I’ll be two months postpartum, so I am excited to tone up!! Congrats, Kat! What a blessing!

  14. this chat is just what I needed! i have a 6 week old and i have been having problems figuring out how to eat healthy, exercise and keep my milk supply up! Is Louise on instagram? I’d love to follow her! i have been in the same boat with always feeling hungry! i do keep the protein bars on hand and i prep muffins whenever i can!

    1. Hi babe! Congrats ~ so happy for you 🤗 Tone It Up Protein Bars are amazing to have on hand for a quick snack on the go! You can find Louise on Insta @LouiseRoe!

  15. This is soooo exciting!! I am 12 weeks pregnant and am so pumped to follow along with the bikini series and learn how to modify the work outs for my bump! Congratulations Kat!!! :))

    1. hi babe! thank you so much & congrats to you!! 🤗💗✨ I’m so excited to share my journey and tips with all of the #TIU mamas!! we’re in this together! xxo

  16. Congrats to all the new moms and moms-to-be! I have a 3 year old and a brand new 7 week old that I’m breastfeeding, so I definitely hear ya on the multi tasking. That’s why I love TIU and the studio though. The daily moves and on demand sections are a lifesaver. I squeeze in little 10-15 min BC whenever I can and before I know it I’ve workout for an hour! I used TIU to get back into shape after baby #1 and it was amazing! I would love to see more post part I’m stuff. For example, healing diastasis rectus and how to modify the WO when you can’t do many of the ab moves. Love you girls!

  17. I am about to make these, instead of chocolate chips, I’m doing apple and peanut butter. Yummy combo:) can’t wait to see how they turn out!

  18. Mom of 2 young kiddos, work outside the home, PTA, travel, and roller derby. I’m super busy and I love the way K+K have come up with a great way to fit exercise and healthy meal prep/planning into my incredibly busy life. I’ve got a bunch of my team and girlfriends all across the country planning to join the Bikini Challenge with me ❤️

  19. No joke on the breast feeding hunger!!! It is unreal. Some days you’ll find yourself absolutely ravenous. As my hubby said to me one day during my bfing days “I’ve never seen anyone so desperate to eat food!” My babies are now kids and it is still true that you find time to workout when you can. Goodbye hour long workouts, hello 30 minute hiit or lunges at the playground…or the 10 minutes you sneak in after a rough night but before the kids wake. It’s challenging giving of yourself so much in motherhood… but gathering a village around you is so important so you can continue to take care of your own health! The best advice I have is don’t be afraid to ask for help in whatever capacity it is that you really need it. Motherhood is not a solitary journey.

  20. Loved this! I have a 3 month old (first-time Mama!) and I am sooo excited to be getting back into the TIU Nutrition and fitness plans! Super stoked for the Bikini Series! I’ll be doing it with my Sis-in-law who just had a baby too! Congrats Kat!!

  21. How long do we get to call ourselves “new mamas”?? My 13 month old is big time inspiration! I need to be able to keep with her energetic and fearless booty!

  22. Love this and im so excited to be going through this journey with everyone! Ill be in my first and second trimeter during the bikini series with our first little one :)

  23. I’m 16 weeks pregnant and this lack of energy for someone who is used to being active is driving me crazy! I can’t wait to see what you ladies have up your sleeves for the these next 8 weeks. #TIUPregnancies ready for it.

  24. I am currently still nursing my little one. Hoping to start weaning 🙈 very challenging. Always hungry and it’s so great to have healthy snacks on hand :) love that about the nutrition plan

  25. This is so exciting! I’m a new mama to a 10 month old baby girl (still breastfeeding and working full-time as well) so I’m SO looking forward to juggling tips/breastfeeding nutrition substitutions, and – of course – all things Bikini Series in general! This will be my fourth year trying to successfully complete a Bikini Series…going to make it this time! Thanks K&K for all you do for this community, and congrats Kat on your news!

  26. This is so amazing to watch this community embracing mommas! I have two little munchkins (4yrs and 8mo) and would love to see more tips and tricks for moms ❤️ My struggle is fitting in work outs and finding “me time” to refocus and breath.

  27. Just had my second boy in January so I’m so excited for my first bikini series! Been following Tone It Up for 2 years now and finally became a member. Ready to bring my A game 😉

    1. hi babe! congrats on your new bundle of joy!! can’t wait to ROCK this Bikini Series with you! You’re gonna love it! xxo 💗💗💗

  28. This is so great!! I have a 3 week old (and a 2 year old and 4 year old), and I am looking forward to doing the bikini challenge! I did it last year and I was able to get in super shape right before I got pregnant, so I am hoping to get back to where I was! My 2 and 4 year old girls love to join me in the workouts, so I am hoping to make the most of new baby’s naptime to do the challenge! But I also need some tips on modifications due to nursing and still recovering. So excited!

  29. I just made these and substituted the vanilla protein with their new pb protein and they were delicious! Probably the best muffin recipe I’ve made from TIU. The pb flavor really came through and the chocolate chips added just the right amount of sweetness. Also the consistency of the muffins was a little more hearty which I loved. Will definitely be making again!
