Favorite Products

* NARS Velvet Matte Lipstick Pencil ~ This lipstick pen is the perfect bright shade of red for summer! Plus, the pen makes application so much easier. For natural and clean product options, I love this red lipstick by Beauty Counter and this Burt’s Bees lip crayon!

  • Ashley’s Tips

*Start with a lip scrub to get rid of any dry skin — this will help your product go on smoother!

*Cancel out any color with your foundation applicator and lightly dab on top of lips before applying lip product.

*To avoid the color from bleeding down, take some concealer and a small makeup brush and outline the edge of your lip.

#1 Tip for Beautiful Bronzed Summer Skin!

Fav Product

* Make Up Forever Water Blend Foundation ~ This hydrating cream foundation is the perfect product to get a bronzed look for summer! Use a darker shade since you’ll be applying it as a bronzer!

Jenna’s Tips

*For summer, cream bronzers instead of powder bronzers are best for a natural dewy look!

*Use a tinted moisturizer two shades darker than your natural skin tone and apply as your bronzer with a brush!

  1. wow! that red lip tutorial was SO helpful. If you are going to do a red lip you have to do it right!
    Thanks ashley <3

  2. Thank you! Great tutorial to let the lips stay in place!! 💋💄I would love to try this :)) Was also drooling over the beautiful leggings behind Karena! 💕 😍

  3. It looked like Milk, which I think was founded in LA and it’s supposed to be clean. I tried to use their primer and foundation and broke out terrible. I honestly think though that going cream or powder depends on your climate, which is a HUGE factor! I live in Ohio and we’ve been having upper 90’s with humidity levels ranging from 70-100%. If I put a cream bronzer on my face it would melt. Literally, and I have normal skin.

  4. I love these tutorials! My skin tone is much darker than k&k but I can still apply all of these techniques to make-up for my color!
