6-Minute Mindful Meditation ~ Focus & Self Love
Morning beautiful! How was your weekend? It’s so special that we’re kicking off every week of the Bikini Series with meditation!
I’ve heard from so many of you girls that you’re new to meditation and I’m so happy you’re starting the practice. I know it can be a little intimidating at first — when I first began meditating years ago, I wondered how I would ever fit it into my busy lifestyle. Now it’s a daily ritual of self-love and I promise if you implement it into your routine it will transform your life! Just like your Booty Call, it gets you centered and focused to take on anything!
Today’s mediation is PERFECT for anyone who is new to the practice or for when you’re short on time. It’s only six minutes ~ so you’ve got this!!! For this mediation, grab a pen and a notebook (I’m using my new Tone It Up journal!). If a thought comes into your head that doesn’t want to go away during your meditation, simply write it down so you can release it and return to your breath and body. This will allow you to focus on YOU ~ you deserve that time!
