Carrot Cake Smoothie

    Just made this for breakfast – it is so good! Not only am I getting in my protein (which is filling, too), but you get the benefit of having a serve of veg first thing in the morning :)

    Will definitely make this more often!

  5. Just curious, is this 1 scoop of protein powder or more? Above says “1 scoop handful of fresh mint”
