  1. were we suppose to receive a summer sizzle tone it up nutrition plan yet? or was that from past years? I am a member and havent seen anything for it yet.

  2. YOU TWO ARE ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! Oh my goodness.
This actually came at a good time. I’m a youth worker for my churches youth group and my husband and I are having them over for a bonfire the sunday before memorial day. They bring two liters of soda which I wont be drinking and there are a few other girls trying to be healthier too, so I’m going to make the watermelon version and I’m going to try to make those cupcakes too. Also makes for a good reason to finally buy one of those beverage dispensers I’m always eyeing up…. ;)

  3. I think you were supposed to write oat flour not oats, I made this with oats as the recipe says and ended up with 30 lumpy cakes which are burnt on top and soggy at the bottom as the oats won’t absorb the liquid like a flour would. They taste good, and I will try them again, just maybe not when strawberries are $12 a kilo (yes I just wasted $6 worth of strawberries). On the other hand the lemonades are all really delicious!

  4. You mentioned that there are many variations to the frosting recipe that is listed in the nutrition plan and I only have one recipe for it and it is on the first summer sizzle edition. Is there some place else it would be or how did you change the original recipe to complement the cupcake flavor, Karena said it was citrusy.
