    Hi Ladies,

This question may have been asking to death, but I hope you’ll advise. I live in a country where Tone it Up products are not exported to, so I’m unable to get hold of Perfect Fit…

What type of protein would you recommend I use instead, and how much would one scoop quantify (ml) as?

    Would really appreciate the guidance:)
    xxo

I’m not sure if iherb.com ships to where you live but when I was living in South Korea that was the best place for me to order from. I have used Vega One, Vega Sport and Optimum Nutrition French Vanilla. I love the Vega One as it has added things in it, such as extra fiber, omega 3s etc. The taste isn’t great though. The Vega Sport for taste was even worse. Both of those were Vegetarian though. The ON is whey protein but it tasted great! As for how much each scoop is, that all depends on each individual product I believe.

I hope that this helped…I haven’t used too much protein so I don’t know too much. But definitely check out iherb.com
