While the skies are mostly blue here in Southern California, the temps have been cool, and we know many of you on the other side of the country are feeling the winter chill! Soup is always a satisfying option for lunch or dinner this time of year. It's also the perfect base for fiber-rich, filling veggies.

  1. I am starting the 7 day slim down on Monday. I can’t wait to try this soup. So glad you girls came up with another meal for the 7DSD. Although, I am sure I will be enjoying this one regularly.

    1. I have made other slow cooker meals and put raw chicken straight into the pot at the bottom and it turns out so tender and can be shredded straight in the pot with a spoon. I would recommend seasoning the chicken before putting it in.
