We ♡ Chocolate Friday! Your NEW Perfect Chocolate bar recipe!!!

Decadent, satisfying, rich and just a little big indulgent…who doesn’t just love chocolate?

Your Tone It Up lifestyle is about having fun, enjoying each day to the fullest and feeling satisfied with all the sweetness life has to offer, and sometimes that means going for a piece of sweet, velvety chocolate.

With its antioxidants and flavonoids, dark chocolate is amazing for your body, skin and energy, but so many chocolate bars come with unwanted ingredients like sugar, low quality oils, dairy and fillers.

This is why when we had a chance to try a healthy, all natural, vegan chocolate bar, we couldn’t wait to share the recipe with this community! Karena and I kept hearing about this amazing creation from a Tone It Up office team member and it wasn’t until a few days later that we actually had a taste. And WOW, this treat is creamy, satisfying and everything we wanted it to be!


We’re SO EXCITED to share this newly developed recipe, the Perfect Fit Chocolate Bar! This sweet new treat is the fix for those afternoon cravings! It tastes divine and it’s oh-so-good for you! With antioxidant rich cacao, a dose of healthy fats from coconut oil and the right touch of Perfect Fit Protein to boost your metabolism and keep you full ~ this easy recipe is one to save ;)

Along with all your delightful sweets like ice cream, strudel, cupcakes, lemon bars and cookies in your Tone It Up Nutrition Plan, this new recipe is simple to make and it’s the perfect touch to the end of the week…


Coconut Perfection Chocolate

makes 10 servings

Ingredients

3/4 Cup Coconut Oil, room temperature

1/3 Cup Cacao Powder

1 Packet or 1 scoop of Perfect Fit Protein

1 Tbs of unsweetened coconut, chopped

pinch of sea salt

Directions

Add all ingredients into a medium bowl, coconut oil first, and stir for a few minutes until super smooth. Layer into molds of choice or flat on a sheet of waxed parchment paper, making sure you spread out your chocolate mixture at least 1/4″ thick. Sprinkle with coconut and place in the freezer for about 15 minutes until set. Cut and enjoy!

Chia & Almond Bliss Chocolate

makes 10 servings

Ingredients

1/3 Cup Coconut Oil, room temperature

1/4 Cup Almond Butter

1 Packet or 1 scoop of Perfect Fit Protein

1/3 Cup Cacao Powder

1/2 tsp Chia Seeds

pinch of sea salt

Directions

Add all ingredients except chia seeds into a medium bowl, coconut oil first, and stir for a few minutes until super smooth. Once smooth, add chia at the very end before layering into molds of choice or flat on a sheet of waxed parchment paper, making sure you spread out your chocolate mixture at least 1/4″ thick. Place in the freezer for about 15 minutes until set. Cut and enjoy!

TIP ~ because these ingredients are all natural, this bar must be kept at cool temperatures, otherwise it will melt after about 10 minutes. Once you cut your bars, keep them in a sealed container in your fridge.

Have a square after dinner to satisfy your sweet tooth or a little bite for that afternoon indulgence. The nutrient rich cacao will nourish you and improve skin texture! The healthy fats from the coconut oil will put an end to late night cravings and the Perfect Fit Protein will keep you full and help repair muscles while adding a touch of vanilla flavor!!
