      The recipe for the Bombshell Spell Shot is 1/2 cup of ice, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp honey, and a splash of lime! Delish!

    How do you keep the honey from becoming a big blob in the cold juice?

    1. I know it’s been a long time since you ask but it might help some other tiugirls! I had the same problem but it’s much better if I put honey first then the vinegar, some lime or lemon juice, then let it rest while I’m preparing the rest of my breakfast. Then I stir the honey mixture and add the pineapple juice. Hope that helps ! Have a great day!

  7. I didn’t have apple juice or pineapple juice this AM, so I used juice from 1/2 a lemon, 8 oz. warm water, dash of cayenne pepper, 2 Tbs. of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar and 1tsp. of cinnamon. It was surprisingly not that bad! Does anyone else have any ideas for mods on the Meta D? Do I need to add a natural sugar since I’m eliminating the pineapple/apple juice? Maybe a tsp. of honey? Or is it OK to do without any natural sugar? Just wasn’t sure if the sugar from the juice is beneficial in some way. Thanks!

  8. What is meant by meal prepping bombshell spell? Do you mix together a week’s worth of ingredients (except ice)? Can you mix in honey ahead of time or does that have to be the same day? And any tips to get the honey to not clump at the bottom?
