Making your own Almond Milk is surprisingly easy, and it’s definitely worth it! The homemade version is creamy and decadent. Soak 1 cup of almonds in water for anywhere from 6 to 48 hours. Drain & rinse, throwing out the water before blending with 4 cups of new water. You can use a food processor or high speed blender. Lastly, strain using a cheese cloth. If you want, add a little vanilla & stevia, refrigerate and enjoy. Keeps for 3-4 days.

5. Add Chocolate!

Dust raw almonds with a little unsweetened cocoa powder and stevia for a sweet, satisfying snack. Put everything in a zip top bag and give it a good shake. Keep this in your purse for those afternoon chocolate cravings :)

TIP: Like all seeds & nuts, almonds are packed with energy ~ a little goes a long way. About 20 almonds or 1-2 teaspoons of almond butter equals one serving.
