Green Bean Casserole! Vegan & Gluten Free :)

    cup vegetable broth

    Tbs. white wine (optional)

  • fresh ground black pepper to taste

    cup almond milk, unsweetened

    small yellow onion, thinly sliced

    Tbs. olive oil

    Tbs. ground flax seeds

    Tbs. walnuts, crushed

    Tbs. nutritional yeast (if desired)

  2. Think it has potential. Next time I think we are going to add some fresh Tday kinds of herbs, like sage, marjoram and thyme. Maybe a nice vegan gravy over it. Thanks!
