Delicious Garlic and Herb Turkey Burgers! :)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2

    lb. lean ground turkey

  • 1/2

    cup egg whites

  • 3

    Tbs. olive oil

  • 3

    Tbs. feta cheese

  • 2

    freshly crushed garlic cloves

  • 1/4

    cup spinach

  • 1/4

    cup basil leaves

  • pinch thyme

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: Combine all ingredients.
STEP 2: Throw on the grill on medium for 8 minutes on each side or until cooked
STEP 3: Lay on a bed of lettuce ;)
